Don’t waste your time

By Jeremy David Rankin, Connecticut, Verified Reviewer

I ordered a few things from Wish, unlike some of the people here, I did receive my items, faster than promised, but they were complete crap. One claimed to be a 34 waist, but it was actually more like a 25, for a skinny Chinese guy. The material was also garbage. Another was a T-shirt that had a horrible fit; it was big enough, but too short, and also seemed cheap. Another was a polo shirt that was also nowhere near the expected size, also with cheap materials. I did send a message to the retailers, and within a day I was refunded my purchase prices minus the exorbitant shipping costs, which was like 2/3 of what I spent, but, better than nothing!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Fraudsters

By Jack Houstu, London, England, Verified Reviewer

I purchased some headphones from this site (I don't remember the seller's name off by heart). I paid via debit card.

I paid for them and three days later I received a refund for my items, saying there was an unexpected error with my item. A few hours go by and I check my bank again (I don't know why because I barely check my bank) and £250 worth of 2 mobile phone top-up in 4 separate payments. I had my account frozen straight away, and my bank returned all my money to me right away.

The only inconvenience was waiting for a new card, but some of you and even myself may not get that lucky.

Orders not received

By Kelly Little, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I placed three orders for rings, which I never received. I let them know numerous times that they had not been received. When I tried to do a refund, it told me that it was past 30 days and I could not do one. I sent an email to Wish, and they told me how to do a refund online. It was in my email that it wouldn't let me, so sending me the email on how to do it was a waste of time.

I will never order from them again. If I am going to give money away, it is going to be to a good cause like an animal rescue. Do NOT order from Wish!

Cheaply made products

By Angela Quintero, West Virginia, Verified Reviewer

My daughter ordered several things from Wish, and EVERY item she got was either extremely cheaply made, looked like things you'd win at a carnival, was a different product altogether, or was the wrong color. I will not ever order from there.

Jewelry is incredible scam!

By Susan Schraeger, California, Verified Reviewer

I was excited when looking at all the sparkling rings, necklaces, bracelets etc. on Wish.com. Not only could they be purchased for $1-4 each plus shipping of $1-3 each item, they were genuine! Genuine 925 Sterling silver! And that was not all. Genuine gemstone rings of Aquamarine, Ruby, emerald, pink sapphire, blue sapphire, etc., etc., etc., and the engagement style rings boasted "white sapphire" gems! Wow! I could make a lot of money flipping these and just in time for Valentine's!

Strands of "natural freshwater pearl strands" I purchased along with every type of 925 gemstone ring. I think with adding up the several different purchases I've reached around 80 items.

The items started to trickle in a few weeks ago. So far, every pearl is plastic. The Ruby rings are plastic. The blue topaz rings, so far, two from two different vendors are plastic! One is glass. The sapphire engagement style rings are glass. More plastic pearls. And although many items are stamped "925" (silver), no item is silver!

I've had everything professionally inspected. They used up my time, the teaser ads I created, and with approximately 60 more items expected, I have no hope of them being genuine anything. I've received around 20 items, all from different vendors. All with the same BS ads. All with different designs, colors, "gems," etc. But they all have one thing in common. All are fake. Counterfeit. All lies.

I don't have the money or time to return each individual item and pay postage (again) to get my money. I should get all my money, including the shipping refunded! They should be punished for their lies! This is against the law in the USA. The founders/owners of Wish.com are now on notice of these vendors practices. The vendors will state, "the manufacturer said they were real." That's BS! That is another lie. The vendors have always known they are fake!

It is uncanny how so many buyers give great reviews about these items. Maybe if they waited a week or so they would see the plating diminish, the stones fall out. Find out it cannot be sized because it's brass. Realize the stones are plastic or maybe they don't care because they only bought one item, not 80 like I've done!

Another incredible situation is that several of these vendors are on eBay selling these same rings using the same false ads. Hundreds of sales with only 10% negative feedback. But it is harsh and to the point. Stating everything I've mentioned, but in addition, some of the items they are selling as 14k gold and they are not! Why is eBay allowing this? The same reason Wish is allowing it. The money! Maybe the two men at Wish will put a stop to it. Maybe the three billion that's been made will make it less painful to stop.

Bathroom rug

By Jackie, Pompton Lakes, NJ, Verified Reviewer

I purchased a bathroom rug. The picture looked like a good quality rug. What I got was an extremely poor quality rug. I know the prices are cheap and this is why you get what you pay for comes true! Horrible customer service as well.

False advertisement

By Sarah, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

I ordered a pink throw blanket for my bed. The picture on Wish was a large fleece throw.

When my package arrived, it was a small pink microfiber dish towel. I will never order from them again. Very dishonest and deliberately deceiving.

Thought it was too good to be true

By Nicole Schneider, New Hampshire, Verified Reviewer

Obviously, when you see a site that offers top quality products and extremely low prices, it seems too good to be true. That's basically what you get with Wish.com.

I purchased a variety of things off of this site, and I was not impressed. The two Bluetooth headsets I purchased did not work at all, the stitching in a pair of arm warmers came undone within two weeks of purchase, and the "knee-high" socks I bought my nieces were more like mid-calf.

I don't think there is anything I would want to purchase from Wish.com in the future, and I will advise anyone I can against using this site.

Was not what I was expecting

By Matthew Donald, Chickasaw, AL, Verified Reviewer

What I saw was a beautiful canvas art of the American Flag. What I received was nothing more then it being rolled up on cheap paper. It is nothing like the picture. Highly disappointed. I got a picture that is not even worth what I paid for, much less the retail price that was listed. $299.00; that is a joke. It is cheaply made, and the last time I buy anything from this store. If there was an option of less then one star, that is what this product would get.

Great stuff, not delivered

By Glenn Rossi, New Jersey, Verified Reviewer

This site had me excited, and I bought some cool gadgets. The shipping was 33% of the order, and it's four days later, and it says it's on the way. Had it been through Amazon, it would have been at my steps in 24 hours. And there is nobody to ask questions, which is most frustrating. So my personal review is, this site is crap! Happy trails.

I will never buy from Wish again!

By Angela Chuang, California, Verified Reviewer

I ordered a jacket at the end of October, and the expecting arrival date was December 2, 2017. Yet, I have never received it.

I wrote them many times and never got an answer. When I wanted to ask for a refund, it was already past the due date. I lost almost $36.5 for that order.

All the other rings I ordered, they look really cheap. I will never buy again from Wish. So disappointed!
