I looked at this site many times and thought I would give them a try. Big mistake! Their sizes are made for menopausal elephants and the material is garbage, homeless people would run screaming! And here is the best part, you never get your money back. Only the dubious honor of receiving more crap! Just flush your money down the toilet, you'll feel better about yourself!

I have been a Zulily customer since 2013. I have no complaints! The one time I had to contact customer service for a small stain being on a backpack I ordered they issued a full refund, a $10 credit and told me to keep the backpack.

I was so shocked! Most orders arrive in 2-3 weeks unless it's personalized, those always receive those in less than a week.

I love Zulily!

I ordered Christmas presents for three of my young grandchildren on November 29, 2016. On December 7th, I received an email stating that the items were shipped and provided with a tracking number with a December 14th arrival estimate.

I randomly checked the tracking, which provided vague information on the location/status of the products. On December 22nd, I received an email stating that the items would most likely arrive after Christmas, with no estimated date given. So now I must go out and purchase additional gifts for my grandchildren.

If you order from Zulily, you may get good pricing but don't count on receiving your items anytime soon.

I ordered two pairs of ladies Sketchers well over six weeks ago. The first pair arrived yesterday, and they were USED sneakers! Nowhere close to what I ordered and not in the correct box. That is approximately $95 down the tubes.

Only chose one star because I had to. SCAM!

I ordered a few items off of the Zulily website, and it was afterward that I decided to read reviews about them and was surprised with the negative comments, and was upset that I had even placed an order with this company. I usually read reviews first, but for some reason, I wasn't on my game. So, I wrote them an email asking if I could cancel my order and they said yes not a problem.

After their nice response, I decided to keep my order and take a chance. Only a couple of weeks later I received all my items, and I was completely surprised at the quality, and that the sizing was correct and items arrived so quickly. I love the boots I ordered!

I purchased from Zulily two times. Both experiences were the same.

The leggings were so sheer you could see my skin and underwear clearly, and the pattern in the leggings was so mismatched that the backside looked like a completely different pattern. Even with a tunic the fit and look were bad. They used a polyester fabric used more for dresses. Thre was absolutely no spandex to cuddle your legs. They were so cheap, terrible and uncomfortable I wouldn't even wear them to bed. They are in the trash.

The tunic I purchased is a below-the-knee dress, and I am 5'6". Of the eight items I have purchased only two will I wear, and that is only because I spent so much money. Horrible, horrible quality. Never again!

I bought a couple of framed posters that are supposed to be 72x48, but what I received were 23x15. I talked to a couple of rude reps, and they refused to do anything about it. I asked to talk to a manager, but they claimed there are none available. I am trying to return the items, and now they want to charge me for return shipping and restocking fees.

No sense of customer service, no integrity. Total rip off. Stay away.

I have ordered a few items from them and was disappointed on every item. It takes forever to receive and every single thing has arrived damaged or misrepresented. The company gives you the run around about excepting returns and blames vendors for issues.

Zulily is one of three stores that I utilize when shopping for anything. I pay close attention to the material that the product is made of, the size, the cost, shipping and approximately how long it will take to receive the item. You have to do your due diligence when shopping on any site. I have not been disappointed yet, and I have ordered many items from Zulily. I have not had to return anything in the three years that I have been ordering from them. I have received name brand shoes at great discounts, and outfits as well. I have ordered blankets, sheet sets, comforters, kitchen ware, window treatments, etc., all with great results.

Every time I email them I get the same reply back saying "give us the tracking number, and we will expedite your store credit." What?

I bought boots, which were at least a size too small and found out I get a store credit only. I sent them back in the second week of September and can't find my tracking number from Canada Post but gave them all the other info. Still no store credit. I figure it is no good anyway, seeing that I will never buy there again.

Shopping online is REALLY difficult, even with the best sites. They all have size charts, but it's rare to find one that's actually accurate. The same goes for Zulily. I ordered two products using the same size chart. One was too small, the other was too big.

With any other retailer, I would just send it back and request a different size. But not with Zulily. First, they don't have any "exchange" option that I can find. You return the item and then have to buy another one. Second, they take the shipping cost out of your return. For me, this has wound up being about 40% of the cost. Which HIGHLY reduces the chance of me ordering another size, because what if it doesn't fit, either? I'm not paying EXTRA money just to find up with nothing.

I realize that accepting returns is a pain for the company, but that's what you're asking for if you can't get your act together and create a RELIABLE size chart.

For the record, their shoes aren't much better than their clothes.

As others mentioned, it also takes way longer to get your order than it does at other retailers.
