    Horrible phone experience when ordering & returning

    Overall Experience:

    First the item did not work, it found ZERO stations in Denver. Never call the number to order, it is a continuous list of annoying up-sells that we finally had to hang up on. Tried calling customer service, the 1st agent hung up when we asked for a return authorization number because the item did not work. The second offered to refund $7.00 without requiring the item to be returned. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not transfer the call. To clarify my response to the bottom line question, I would not recommend the item to an enemy, no one disserves the phone experience I had.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
