I ordered my board on 10/16. I got the confirmation email on 10/17 and still don't have my board. Today, the customer service rep said that the shipping delay was FedEx's fault. I felt like he was not listening to my frustration that it was ordered 10/17 and I still don't have it.
The projected receive date is now 11/5, but it keeps getting pushed back.
I'm not only disappointed that I still don't have the board, but that after talking with customer service I was more frustrated.
I won't be recommending this company to any of my friends.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
