    Simply Fit Board

    Good Board, horrible customer service site

    Overall Experience:

    We have a board not purchased from the Simply Fit company. I wanted to order another and had the misfortune of dialing the number listed on their website.

    It is the most useless site I have seen in years. After minutes of fighting the automated system, we finally got a human for several seconds, then the phone disconnects. When compared to Amazon and many others, it is amateurish at best. All we want to know is whether it is in stock. Don't they tell you in the online order system? Even Bed Bath & Beyond says they are out of stock. Would this be so difficult? I will buy from ANYONE but Simply Fit. It is an annoying, frustrating experience and one I would not suggest.

    Amazon and Bed Bath & Beyond will also ship for free, but not Simply Fit.

    Despite the shipping, I would buy it if their online AND phone system went through major and much-needed improvements. I nearly made the mistake of ordering it before Christmas, and only near the end of the call was I able to determine they were out of stock in the color I had intended to buy. I ordered from Bed Bath & Beyond.

    An improved customer experience, including a little training for phone personnel, is definitely in order. It's like the online and phone business is new to them?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
