My wife got bad diarrhea and upset stomach after taking Vital Reds. She is Gluten tolerant, and they never mentioned that when we purchased Vital Reds.
She has not noticed any change with her increased energy at all. I've been fine with it, with the exception of loose stools, and maybe a few little stomach issues after taking it.
My other question is, after reading some reviews, people have said they don't get any response from them when they have issues with their product, which tells me it would be kind of a red flag. I will be curious to see if my review will be tossed in the trash can. Thanks.
I don't know if I would recommend it to anyone.
