I have had several contacts from the company, and all are positive. I think my problem was an isolated problem, and I will probably continue using their products.

I think the product is probably good, but their customer service is not!
I ordered one jar per month and was called with an offer of a 6-month subscription at a lower price, which I did. I was told my original monthly order would be canceled. It was not, and they are shipping six jars plus the original order at the higher price.
They want me to ship the erroneous order back with tracking and PAY for the shipment. Even though it is their error, they will not pay for shipping.
