Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

When I first bought the Vital Reds, it was a really good product, but then when the next orders came, the smell and taste of the product has changed. I still continued to order, but I don't use it every day anymore as I used to, so when a subscription order was processed, I called to cancel the order and adjust my subscription to every six months instead of every month.
I was told that they cannot cancel the order. I got the email at 2 in the morning saying my subscription has been processed, but since their Customer Service line is not open till 5 AM PST, I called a little bit after five, and they said they cannot cancel the order. I will have to wait till the product is delivered, and then I will have to pay to return it.
