I have had decent success in weight loss. I have lost 12 lbs. I had a setback getting pneumonia for three weeks and have not exercised very much since that time. I finally feel better and have golfed a few times. I walk the dog when I am not too tired after work. Energy is coming back slowly. Digestion has improved, and I don't have constipation as often. I hope to get going again in the next few days. I do believe this is a good product!
