    Overall Experience:

    I was eventually offered a 100% store credit for the ripped dress, which is acceptable.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Terrible customer service, sizes are off, dress was torn

    Of the three items I purchased on final sale, one was much too large, despite being labeled "0-00 small," and the other had several rips on the sleeve. The customer service rep refuses to let me return either. The argument against the ripped dress is that the description on the site says "orange" and my picture of the ripped sleeve has orange and yellow. The website picture next to the description clearly shows an orange and yellow dress. Go figure.
