I am 64 years old. I have been taking Vital Reds and also Primal Plants every morning for about six months.
I have not lost any weight. I don't feel energetic. In fact, I can't discern anything beneficial. Maybe my complexion is slightly better. I am not sure.
I had some concern about taking both the Reds and the Primal Plants because that would give me 200% of my daily requirement of many nutrients in addition to any I might consume during the day. I called the Gundry Company, and they said it was no problem.
The reason I keep taking it is because I need to do everything I can to maintain my health. I continue to buy the products hoping that the ingredients are helping me on the inside, even if I can't tell anything on the outside.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
