I really love this product. It is easy to use, and I have lost five pounds already. I feel my digestive health has improved also. I would recommend this product to anyone who has been trying to lose weight and finds, like me, that exercise just isn't enough to make the change I expected. I also appreciate the news and suggestions and advice I receive in the emails/newsletters. It makes me feel like I am not alone and have a coach encouraging me along to achieve my goals.
