I've been following the instructions for "one a day" glass of Vital Reds for over two months now, thinking that it must be helpful to be adding all those healthy ingredients to my aging body (over 85)! So it tastes just fine but hard to tell (yet) how much it's added to regular daily activities. I'm feeling pretty good so maybe partly due to this regimen? I'm still hopeful, so will finish the last jar but the cost is more than I can feel comfortable with, especially not knowing for sure that it's contributing a lot! I might check out another alternative similar supplement for lower costs. Not sure yet. Thank you.
