I have noticed that I have more energy and the first couple of days I was having to go to the restroom more often, getting rid of excess water that I have been carrying. And my digestion seems to be doing better. I am so glad that I found out about this product. I will be ordering more when I need to, and I got my son to start using it also. He has started working out at the gym and is also seeing results. Thank you.
