My hoodie is the first item I have received. It was to be an XL Purple, but I received a Small Grey (or maybe an Asian Medium). It looks nice. I wish my account was credited instead of being sent an incorrect item. The website will not work correctly to let me ask for a refund. I have ordered several other items and am not ordering again if I can trust any of the clothing sizes. When I had to correct something on another order, it was refunded immediately. I appreciate that, but I do not appreciate substitutions. Just credit my account if my chosen item is not available. I would only possibly recommend this to a friend for nonclothing items; will have to see my merchandise in person first.
