My husband and I have both been taking ActivatedYou Restorative Probiotics for seven months now. We are in our mid-forties and experience different GI issues. I have been using this product for approximately one month. I originally decided to try the probiotic due to my constant bloating that I could not correlate to anything I consumed specifically.
