I had been taking a probiotic found at our local health store, but I really couldn't tell if it was working or if it had any effect on my body. When I decided to try ActivatedYou, I just felt it was somehow different. I believe it is helping my digestion (I have acid reflux) and it is helping my elimination. I have not lost weight, but I am comfortable in my gut area.
