I just started taking these about two weeks ago and have my husband taking them too. I have noticed that my infrequent digestive upsets have vanished and I feel amazing! I've been taking ActivatedYou for a few months now. I was introduced to it by my dad who said great things about it. I don't go to the bathroom but maybe 2 or 3 times a month, so I figured I'd give it a try. After about 3 days I finally went! I tried ex-lax before and couldn't take it because it gave me TERRIBLE cramps and stomach pains. So I was scared this was going to do the same thing. To my very wonderful surprise, I had ZERO cramps or pains! My chronic bloating has significantly decreased and I use the bathroom at least once a day now. At the least, every other day. The price is pretty up there, so I don't know if I will be able to continue it very long but it definitely works.

So far, this has been a nice supplement for my wife and I. I haven't seen any major health differences, but I do feel good nearly every day. Finally, something that works.

For the past 3 years, I have not felt myself and didn't know why. I started to blame the age being over 35 years old. I wasn't a bad eater and didn't really exercise much. I ordered AdvancedYou Restorative Probiotic and immediately needed to double up on the dose. I have Celiac disease and have also suffered from leaky gut for years. This summer I got glutened on a trip and have been struggling for months to try and get my gut healed and my bowels working properly. I am happy to say that I am finally starting to feel better and have more normal bowel movements.

I will continue with my doubled up regimen as we with Celiacs need more. In fact, I just read an article about that very detail in one of my latest Celiac magazines. I’ve struggled with digestive issues and stomach pain and bloating from IBS for my entire adult life. After taking ActivatedYou for a week, my IBS symptoms decreased significantly. After two weeks the symptoms had disappeared completely.

My stomach is also flatter. No matter how much I would work out, there was always this little pouch of what I thought was fat in my lower abdomen. That has since gone away, and I’ve been on this product for almost a month. I would get the worst stomach pain after eating certain foods.

I took it for three days and had severe stomach pains and diarrhea. The invoice said it’s returnable and to contact them. I received a response about probiotics and die off, and I should try it for two weeks and if symptoms don’t get better, stop usage.
