So far, this has been a nice supplement for my wife and I. I haven't seen any major health differences, but I do feel good nearly every day. My wife has commented that her night time acid reflux has gone away, which is great news. This pill is easy to take. While I've heard you should take it with a meal, we've been taking it at bedtime.
Digestion seems good, and there are no apparent adverse side effects. We will probably order 3 more bottles when these are gone, to give the probiotic a bit more time in our systems.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
