I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now. I know it takes time for drugs to start working, but I am starting to feel different. I feel not as hungry and more energetic but not jittery. Because I find myself without cravings and not as focused on eating I find that I am losing some weight in my problem areas. I’m not sure why the folks with the bad reviews seem to think this is a weight loss drug. It’s more of a lifestyle change and works best with making a conscious effort in the lifestyle choices we make throughout our days. This drug should compliment your more healthy choices. Don’t expect to get weight loss results if you don’t even have enough self-control to stop eating the crap and drink some water and exercise. Lifestyle change! One day at a time! You didn’t gain the weight in one day and you won’t lose weight in one day. Be realistic.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks. To my understanding, it is supposed to help me lose some of my belly fat but I honestly cannot tell the difference so far, maybe I've not let it work long enough. I ordered two bottles so I guess maybe when I use the two bottles I should see some results hopefully.

Started taking this product about a month ago. The nearly immediate benefit was an increase in my energy level and stamina. I exercise three times a week on aerobic and resistance equipment at my local Y. I've noticed I've been able to increase the intensity and resistance levels a little more each week.

I was hoping my waist would shrink a bit, but haven't noticed any change there yet. Maybe I need to push away from the table sooner.

Hello, I have experienced a definite increase in energy, but unfortunately, I have had 6 to 8 major hot flashes a day. It has become so uncomfortable I have reduced my daily dose to one pill a day. This has helped. My diet is Keto, which I have followed well. I haven't lost any additional weight, but have lost inches and have gone down a size in clothing. I plan to continue to take the Active-PK and try increasing to the 2 pills daily. One other thing I am experiencing is it takes longer to get to sleep, my mind isn't shutting down easily, but I do feel less foggy.

After taking the Active-PK I have to say that my sweets cravings stopped. I don't have the peeks of wanting food and then crashing after you eat. I just started Active-PK 20 days ago. I have lost about 5 lbs and I have less of an appetite. It says to take on an empty stomach, so I take it in the morning and do not eat till lunch. I have no loss of energy so far and I have been more active.

I have a pretty healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and for the most part eat a healthy diet of natural non-processed foods, very very low in added sugar. I try and stay away from any foods which are not nutrient-dense. Lots of leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains (avoid gluten), and lean white meat, including fish.

My trouble has always been getting the last stubborn fat that hangs around my waist and lower belly. It seems like to get rid of it. I have to lower my calorie intake such that I start losing muscle mass, especially in my legs where I really do not want to lose the muscle.

So that is why I am trying Active-PK. After the first couple of weeks, I really did not notice much change. Then I started doubling the dose from 2 pills daily to 4 pills. I am now starting to see some positive results and my belly fat is diminishing. According to my body fat scale, which I stand on barefoot, which I realize is most likely not a terribly accurate number but one that I figure is accurate relatively, I have dropped from the 20-21% range to the upper 18% range. I realize some of this drop could be just from my lifestyle in general but it does seem promising.

I get weighed at the blood center when I go about 1 time per month and my weight was 208 last time and when I went this time I weighed 202. This is the first time a product did work for me. I also feel my pants are not so tight. I like it.
