I have been using the Active-PK for about 30 days, taking between 2-4 pills a day. I would not say that I have lost any weight or noticed any physical changes but my mood and energy have definitely improved and I am going to continue taking it for 90 days to see if there are any physical changes as well.

It's definitely not the worst thing I've spent money on.

My partner and I have been trying Active-PK for about 3 weeks now. While I think I have more energy, my partner says that he sees no difference. I wanted to lose the abdominal fat that suddenly appeared on both of us at our last birthdays. I had high hopes as the advertising on this seemed to target exactly what I was concerned about. I am a diabetic, does that have something to do with it? I did ask my doctor about the medication and he said it was alright to take it.

I'm a cancer survivor. I'm not overweight much (125-ish), but I do have high bad cholesterol, sever fatigue from post cancer treatment along with a few other problems like chemo brain. My husband is a little over weight, high cholesterol and in a high-stress job. We both took this and noticed a big difference the first day. I have been trying (LIVASTEMx6) LIV Active Stem by LCR in 16 oz with water and some berry drinks. I did not like the taste of the additive Sucralose (Splenda), and I wish I could have had the freedom to add my own additive instead of using Splenda for sweetening. I bought the powder containers. I am used to soda pop type drinks. But that is just my taste buds; everyone else may vary.

I would say try it thoroughly, knowing this company can give you a refund if you don't like it. So I give them a four-star review because of their excellent refund policy and the hopes it may help people with their health.

I am truly surprised that I noticed a difference immediately, mentally and physically. It wasn't a tremendous difference but a difference, no less.

Full disclosure; I'm past 50, I have had a thyroid problem in the past, and for about three years, I have been eating more fruits and vegetables and exercising. I was feeling better but the holiday season messed with my whole routine. I ate things that were not good for me (sugar), didn't exercise very much and was having a hard time getting back into a regular routine. I had horrible sugar cravings, didn't want to exercise and just felt "blah!"

I saw the video and really ordered it for the deep belly fat issue. With the very first day, I noticed that I didn't crave sugar near as much! It has been a little over 30 days since I started using Active-PK. I felt a difference immediately. What I mean is, I started feeling more refreshed and energetic when I wake up in the morning. Before Active-PK I would feel sluggish and tired. The only downside I see right now is I find it hard to wind down and go to sleep. I haven't changed anything different with my diet or habits since I started and it may contribute to the alertness and constant energy. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product. Now I need to find a product all natural to help me curve my sugar cravens. LOL.

I have been type two for years. The blood sugars go up 200-300 points when I eat. So far the only control that works is insulin, and that is temporary. Forty units of slow acting and about 10-15 units of fast acting at least twice sometimes three times a day.

This combination has not stopped that yet. Though I am losing weight. My high was 215, and I am now at 195. The operation I had in April, the hospital diet did not contain it, and I was bleeding for about 3 or 4 days afterward. An enlarged prostate kept me from using my bladder. I am currently 76 years old.

At first, it seemed to flush the sugars into my system. So long term use is indicated to me to lower the blood sugars.

I am currently using two tablets in the morning. So the jury is still out on this one. IF it works long term, then it is worth every penny.

I will know in October at the next A1C. Otherwise, it looks like insulin pump time. I am not looking forward to that.

Current A1C two weeks ago was 12.3, and that is the worse it has ever been. Some of that might be the reaction to the operation by my body. I am far stricter on the personal diet I keep. I use meat or fish protein and green vegetables and an occasional treat, maybe once a week.

I am using 500 mg tablets of cinnamon, one before and one after each meal and that is helping. For me, one tablet is worth approximately 75 points on the meter.

I know I am averaging about 200 on the meter in a day. I think you are on the right track. I think the real problem is the liver fats clogging the organs.

The only other method might be to increase the action of the spleen in producing islet cells. I do not know how that might work.

There is a doctor at Toronto University researching this on an 11 million dollar grant.

I think that medical people cured it a long time ago in rats. Curing it in humans? That would destroy a multi-billion dollar industry. Until we dismantle the current practices no cure for cancer, heart disease, or both types of diabetes is going to occur.

I am willing to try these pills which I have done and see if it reverses the type two. If it does, it will be a miracle, and I hope you are right.
