It has been a little over 30 days since I started using Active-PK. I felt a difference immediately. What I mean is, I started feeling more refreshed and energetic when I wake up in the morning. Before Active-PK I would feel sluggish and tired. The only downside I see right now is I find it hard to wind down and go to sleep. I haven't changed anything different with my diet or habits since I started and it may contribute to the alertness and constant energy. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product. Now I need to find a product all natural to help me curve my sugar cravens. LOL.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
