Active-PK

Active-PK is easy to take with no negative side effects. I have taken it for three weeks, but have not lost any weight or noticed any decrease in appetite. I do have regular bowel movements now - usually more than one a day. I do seem to have more energy and am getting more done. I plan to continue taking the pills and feel I will lose weight.

The jury is still out, but it seems to be helping. I'm always a skeptic as everything you buy says they will work, but it is not always the case. I am just finishing my first bottle, and it does seem to be working. I'll reserve my final decision until my second bottle is finished.

I have been on the program for 22 days. I was hoping to experience some changes after the first 30 days. I am very pleased to be able to say I am already experiencing encouraging changes.

I have lost over 4 lbs in a little over three weeks, but the most important change has been in my overall positive mental state and a significant amount of extra energy to be much more active.

I am not going to measure my waist until I finish the first month, but I am certain that this will yield a positive change. I am confident that the Active-PK has brought about good results in a short period of time.

I have been taking these pills now since August 29th. I feel more energized. That being said, I don't feel as though my belly is getting any flatter, and that has always been a concern of mine. I know that carrying excess weight in the belly area is not good for your general health.

I shall continue to take it to see if this improves. Perhaps I haven't given it enough time.

As we age, we tend to get complacent in our lifestyle. After being a caretaker for my aging father for the last 4 years or so, I took far better care of him than myself. He enjoyed being served his very Italian foods, most of his choices not conducive to a sedentary lifestyle. After his passing earlier this year, it was time to get back to my old healthier lifestyle. After viewing the video on Facebook about this product, I bought it. And I must say, I love it. After taking it in the morning, I get a sudden boost of energy. Although I broke the rules a bit, I only take one capsule, since I am a nurse and I work the night shift. Honestly, I do see changes in my tummy. I am only 5 feet, 1 inch tall and I weigh 173 lbs. I lost 2 lbs, but my body is changing. I feel more focus, I get things done. This is a great product. Because I take BP meds and cholesterol meds, I go easy. But in a few weeks, I may be taking two caps a day. Overall, I love this product and will highly recommend it to anyone who has a big midsection to deal with. Thank you.

After two months of taking 2 tablets a day, I have been impressed by the increased energy I have been able to demonstrate in spite of a poor sleep pattern (usually only about 3 to 5 hours a night much interrupted by calls to the loo). This pattern normally leaves me desperate for sleep, and afternoon naps have to be taken to remain sane. Since taking the Active-PK, the naps have been unnecessary and I can keep an active lifestyle without difficulty.

The only disappointment has been a failure to lose any of the extra 7 pounds over goal weight (defined by insurance tables, etc.) I carry.
