I applied a coupon code with a gift card order which showed as being accepted when I processed the order. Three days later I was reviewing my account and noticed the extra amount was not applied. I called and explained the situation. The first girl on the phone kept putting me on hold as she explained the situation to someone else.

I finally asked to speak directly to the person she was speaking to. I explained that the gift card order accepted the coupon code and I was looking for it to be applied. She said the site should not have accepted the code (is that my fault?) and she would only credit me less than 1/2 of what I would have received in extra credit on Cyber Monday since the deal is no longer valid now. When I asked if she would honor the discount since their order form accepted it, she said they could not. She was then VERY rude, said she was canceling the account and hung up on me.

I am in a customer service business, and that is NEVER the way I would handle any of my customers. I am sure I will find another/better subscription service that wants our business. Do NOT sign up with this company!

I have always been curious about companies that offer services like this. I have to say it has been the most underwhelming and subpar company.

For $50 I received a pair of socks, cheap bar of men’s deodorant, playing cards playing cards, and lip balm. Please save your money before you think about using this company. On a side note, I did opt for the weekend her bag and it was very nice, but I would never use this company again and am looking to find a way to get my money back.

Good idea, that's terribly executed. I've received three boxes so far, each one worse than the last. One box consisted of ten dollars worth of shoe cream and a cheap shoe brush. There's no way I'd ever use this on a quality shoe, and for $45 could get much higher quality items at Allen Edmonds. The next shipment consisted of two cheap glasses and some pills that are supposed to enhance the flavor of liquor. I found the pills online for $1.99. When I tried to cancel, I noticed there is nowhere to cancel online. This is always the mark of a terrible company. Save your money and stay far away.

Checked them out through an ad on my gaming app, had to create an account to look further. Wasn't interested, but three months later they charged my card with no notice or approval. No emails, nothing. That is not how you conduct business.

So I made an account to see what they had. Soon enough there was $48.50 charged to my checkings and the package was on its way to my house. I never confirmed purchasing anything. I called and asked for a return but I’m charged $6 to return! The guy said they don’t make any more from the $6 but I shouldn’t be responsible for paying that! This company is a scam! Do not sign up unless you want to lose $6 and get a headache!

I should have known when I started and the first thing they wanted was complete access to my PayPal account. All I wanted was to see what I would be getting and how much it would cost. You know, like they claim you can do without a required purchase. But before they show you anything you are forced to connect your PayPal account.

When I saw that all I was getting for my first box was a small overnight bag with nothing inside, I decided this wasn't for me and backed out of the order.

Imagine my surprise when I wake up the next morning to a PayPal alert thanking me for my Bespoke purchase. They had literally completed the purchase without my authorization. That's fraud.

Do NOT go with these guys. They are criminals.

They originally send emails notifying you of what will be in your box. It's usually overpriced trash. I declined two months in a row, the next month on the 7th I hadn't received a notification yet so I logged in to see what they were recommending...they had decided on 2 lightbulbs, yes just TWO LIGHTBULBS, and they are charging me $50 for TWO LIGHTBULBS, no option to cancel the box. No option to unsubscribe from the service.

Total scam company.

Do not subscribe, they only have nice-looking garbage, you can literally go to any artsy store or website and get as high or higher quality for less.

I was mesmerized by the ads which were meant to perk my interest, and I do like outdoor gear, but instead of a box of different outdoor gear items, I received an ugly blue pocket knife in a belt sheath alone in a small box for my first item. I already own folding pocket knives and I have had a good buck knife, but I have never spent over $25 on a pocket knife. I expected a box of items and received an ugly blue folding pocket knife.

December 2017 marks the third anniversary of the first box I received, as a Christmas gift from my wife (she purchased the first box for me and I subscribed subsequently). I counted the other day, and out of the possible 36 boxes that were offered me, I chose 24 of them. Since you have five days after they make you the offer to change your box or opt out for the month, I've basically taken 2/3's of the boxes offered. If I opt out, no harm, no foul, just save $45 for the month.

I've even bought the same box twice, as I received sunglasses in one box that were stolen. Recently, it seems as if they are putting more emphasis on having more choices of boxes, when I started it seemed like maybe there were 8-12 available, some of which I had purchased already. The last few month's there's been over 30 choices. All quality stuff, many items that they sell for $45 are up to $90 retail.

All in all, I have been very happy and have recommended their services to friends.

There’s a huge selection of different boxes, as well as tons of things in the shop. Aside from the shop items being a little on the expensive side, the quality of the products is well worth it. I’ve ordered a few of the monthly boxes as well and been happy with what’s inside. I expected mini, sample-sized products in one, but got full-size stuff for the most part. I like the shop, the quality of the items on the boxes are well worth it.

The box is good in general. It's all quality items. I would have preferred the Opinel 9 (I'm a large guy). The Kaweaco Sport pen is amazing, would have liked an ink choice, the blue ink is not suitable for my job. The notebook is excellent, good quality. The bottle opener is really the only thing I don't like about it. It does its job, but dang is it heavy, more so than the knife. All in all, it's a good box, I have recommended it to friends.

I have received several boxes from Bespoke Post since I signed up and am generally satisfied with them; as far as I can recall, I have received a very nice flannel shirt, a French pocket knife, a sturdy weekend bag, a notebook, a fountain pen, all of good quality and all items that I have used.

The quality of the items is very good; if I have any complaints, they involve the fact that I would actually like to order quite a bit more of their very attractive offerings, but much of it is rather expensive.

Finally, the company is easy to deal with, the messages I get are cheerful, courteous, and prompt; they don't seem to mind if I don't order something and now I have learned how to skip boxes, the whole process is very easy.

I really love the weekender bag! Awesome old school look and quality leather. Perfect for 2-3 day trips.

Also, amazing customer service! Remained patient with me when I couldn’t find the shoulder strap to the weekender. Sent me a new one immediately and was very kind when it ended up being my own mistake!

I am a big fan. The stuff they sell is spot on for what I need, and I can always opt out if I already have it. The product value is way more than the cost of the box, and they take out any/all of the hassle associated with finding stuff that I both need and like. For example, I have been wearing this terrible 10-year-old raincoat for far too long, and now I have an awesome, brand-new, sharp-looking rain jacket so I can finally toss the old one. Customer service is great as well. I highly recommend.

I'm a big fan of Bespoke Post. I'm too busy with work and other responsibilities to keep up with what is cool and trendy these days. Thankfully, with Bespoke Post, they do the legwork for me. I can't count how many times someone has complimented me on my gym bag, sunglasses, raincoat, etc., and without fail, they are items I got from Bespoke Post. It's also super easy to opt out if you don't appreciate that month's offering. If something isn't up my alley, with one click, I'm out. I'd say that I stay opted in for the majority of the items, and a few times I went back and shopped in their store because I like the item so much. Overall, two thumbs up.

I know this is technically not marketed to women, but I have gotten some of my favorite home goods at Bespoke Post. The site is very well curated and makes it easy to decorate for someone who values looks and function. I got a pour over coffee stand that has made my kitchen 100% more attractive and is so easy to use. It’s nice to be able to buy neutral pieces that aren’t too feminine (not that I don’t love that, it’s just not what I’m going for in my space).

I received the Mangia box, and it's been the best value I've received from a subscription service. In the box was a pasta maker that is sleek and authentic, with a cool looking recipe book. The perfect pasta recipe was actually perfect - I now impress people with my homemade fettuccini.

I love these guys! I've been a subscriber for about two years now and have yet to be disappointed. They learned my style quickly and recommend things I actually like. Occasionally I’ll switch to a different box, or opt out entirely (simple to do any given month), but more often than not I wind up with exactly what they suggested. You could always just shop their store à la carte too. It's thoughtfully curated with cool products you won’t stumble upon elsewhere.

Some of my favorite boxes have been Shine, Churchill, Parlor, Gallery, and Chill, to name a few. It’s almost comical how frequently people mention these items to me - I would’ve hoped I had this taste on my own. I should also note that customer service has been super accommodating with a couple last-minute box and color changes. Clearly I’m a huge fan, but seeing is believing. Give it a go!

I've received several boxes from Bespoke Post over the last few years ranging from clothing (socks, t-shirts, running clothes) to accessories and skincare products. Every box opening is a delightful experience involving a cute little insert explaining the product and then the thing itself. Other than the one time I received a box that was damaged in the mail, I've had nothing but good experiences with Bespoke - the items are always worth the $45/month price (and I suspect sometimes more, but it's hard to know).

I suspect at some point I'll age out of their products but for the time being, I'm a loyal purchaser and always excited to get the monthly box in the mail!

I ordered a box and was impressed with the selections. It surpassed my expectations so I went ahead and ordered my holiday gifts and these were truly appreciated, the watches are well made and look fashionable. I also spoiled myself with the gift box for her and I enjoyed the selection, especially the Marula hair oil, which in itself is around $60. The boxes I have are worth the subscription!

So I have been a subscriber to Bespoke Post for the better part of a year now and have loved each and every box I have gotten. But one thing really stood out to me. I ordered some gifts for family members on Black Friday and got their special black box. In that box was a very nice bag tag that said ("not your bag") I put it on my bag. Over my New Years vacation, the airline inadvertently damaged my bag handle and lost my bag tag. I wrote to Bespoke Post hoping I could order a new one, and they sent me a new one for free. I am so so happy! For those of you who are wondering some other items I have got too, I have gotten a nice set of whiskey glasses, bar knife, and a really cool travel bag (not the one that broke).

I choose the Parlor Box from Bespoke Post for my December subscription. The box includes a set of glasses, a decanter, and a serving tray, which I was excited to use to entertain some guest with. Unfortunately, one of the glasses broke in transit. I contacted Bespoke Post customer service on a Sunday right before noon and received an email back in about 30 minutes, something I did not expect at all. The customer service representative helped me out to the best of his ability and made the experience extremely easy and stress-free.

The wonderful product that is offered, plus the excellent service, will ensure that I remain a subscriber.

I never really thought about leaving a review before this, but I had a wonderful experience with customer service. I had recently moved and mail forward wasn't quite working properly and my box had been returnees back to them. They could have easily just kept it but they reached out to me to let me know and I was able to get it shipped to my new address.

I have been a member of Bespoke Post for over three years now and love it. I love the option of being able to approve the box prior to it shipping with no financial obligation to buy if you choose to opt out of that month's shipping. I appreciate that you can switch it out with another box. Although I don't like every single box they put together, I get that final option.

I have been a member of other such monthly subscriptions and it would just show up then you had to go through the hassle of returns. I have never had to return anything, so I can't say anything about their return policy, but I'd imagine it's it an issue. I will continue to enjoying my box's and giving them as gifts. Thank you.
