You’ll never get your money back if you are not satisfied

I used their product faithfully for 30 days. I stopped using it because I felt there was not a teensy bit of improvement, then emailed asking for a refund. Crickets! I asked a second time. Still crickets! They got my money, and I got a bunch of large, useless capsules! Don’t waste your time or money!

Didn't erase crepe.

I bought three jars of Crepe Correcting Body Complex last year to use on my arms before my son's wedding. I followed the directions religiously, using all three jars. I saw no change whatsoever. I am 64, and according to friends generally look 10 years younger and very healthy. There is no reason this did not work at all other than the product makes claims it cannot back up.

I was just going to order another filler product until I realized it is from the same company, and I no longer trust anything they have to say.

Awful product, avoid.

It made my lines bigger, circles darker, and eyes puffier. An absolute scam! And when you smile, every crease is increased! Rubbish. I do not recommend. These same products similar to this have been around for many, many years. All the same, your face is tight, and you are afraid to move a muscle as it all stands out! So why do they advertise it as a miracle? You would definitely have to wear makeup to cover up any problems, and will still be tight and wrinkles bigger. These companies need to be more truthful. All are just a money maker with terrible results.

Doesn't do a thing

I have been using it religiously for two weeks. It has not made any difference whatsoever. A complete waste of money. The tubes it comes in hardly has ANY product in it whatsoever as well, so it is NOT a good deal for the price even if it did work.

Customer service

On January 15th online I purchased thru PayPal a product in the amount of $370. It took about a month before I received one item, $48. I waited several more months and then called BHMD requesting a refund. They indicated they don't give refunds, but would resent the product. It is now over a month, and the product has never been received. I have sent two emails, one back in February and again a few days ago.

Don't even think about it

I ordered three products on 7/3/18 and have received none thus far. I called them today (7/19/18) and they confirmed that they have sent nothing thus far. They charged my card $38.47, $112.35 and $102.72 on 7/3/18. They will charge your card and neglect to tell you that they will not send your products.

If you call them and are on a recurring order, they will tell you there is a high demand, but your product will go out at the end of the month. If you ask the right questions, they will confirm that they plan to charge you again within two days of the ship date and you will get a second charge before you ever receive the first product. Therefore; they are getting an extra payment in the best case scenario. The worst case is that they never send the product.

I can't say for certain because when I realized what they were up to, I canceled my order on the recurring order, but they said they requested to ship today for the other two more expensive orders and could not cancel those. We will see if they refund and send the other products as stated or if I have to get the refund through my bank. Just say no. If they need to take advantage of people like this, the products can't be that great.

Be ever so careful

I bought some face cream from Beverly Hills MD. The cream has collagen in it. After using an entire jar, I noticed no positive effects. However, the collagen entered some of my pores, causing large pimple-like bumps which took several months to disappear. My attempted return experience was absolutely horrible. I returned three jars of the cream, one of which was the original jar. This was after I had called the company at least three times to determine the return policy, which was not posted on the site. Each time I called, I received different information. I have never received my $130.80 refund. In my opinion, the product is worthless and is a scam. I get better results with Olay Total Effects.

Deep Wrinkle Filler

I thought this was horrible, it was like a gooey mess that wouldn't dry. I don't believe any of these reviews that said it was wonderful - it was horrid. I returned it and have yet to receive my refund.

I have used two jars of this faithfully, but cannot tell any difference, was so disappointed! The first jar I received had a hair in it and looked like it wasn't completely full. I skimmed off the top and in the meantime was sent another jar.

Doesn’t work

I ordered 5 tubes of this junk. It doesn’t work. I emailed to ask for a tutorial or video of how to pat the filler in and received no response. This is a scam in my opinion. I plan to return as soon as possible.

Deceptive business

When you run through the ad it first gives you a price for three bottles (which I stupidly ordered), then it asks if you want six at a better price. Made sense, so I did that. This morning I find that I have been billed for the three AND the six. It may be a great product but they are sneaky and deceptive.
