I've been using this everyday for about 3 1/2 months. I use it day and night. Please keep your money. Try something else. I've compared my photos, and no change at all. I still have the same dark spots to my disappointment. On to the next product.

I did a search of the "As seen on" sites, such as ET and NBC, but was unable to find anything about Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Cream. If they are going to list the sites that have promoted their product, one would assume that they are being truthful, but I didn't find one promotion/review on any of the sites they claim their product have "been seen on". This is a red flag when not one of these well known sites have any write up on this product. Seems like Beverly Hills MD is falsely using these sites to promote their product. Anyone looking to buy a unknown product from the internet should be doing their due diligence before purchasing. Thanks HighYa for keeping consumers informed.

I'm old enough to have tried lots of products and this is one of them. Yes, I ordered it, wondering to myself if I really thought the hype might be real. It's a crock. Like every other miracle cure, and particularly with products not sold commercially, it's a waste of your money. Fortunately, there is not a lot of time involved. But hope does spring eternal, and the older I get, the more help I could use, so I ordered it. I have followed the directions meticulously. There is no change. None. Zero. Of course there is no change. I'll finish the 3rd jar, although I don't know why, just as I didn't know why I actually put out the money on products unlikely to help. Well, I do know why: Maybe this one works. It doesn't. Save your money. Buy Olay Regenerist. 3 people complimented me on my skin when I used Olay. It's not a miracle, either, but it is a good moisturizer for my dry, old skin.

I ordered the dark spot corrector and I received the wrong order which contained an extra dark spot and 3 wrinkle creams. There was no invoice in the box. I immediately set about getting the proper instructions to return the extras, which I did 4 months ago.
They could not find my return so would not refund my money, plus it cost me over $11 just to mail it. They asked for the tracking number. It took me a week to find the receipt and I emailed the tracking number and all pertinent information and have heard absolutely nothing back. This all involved several emails. The product itself has not lightened my dark spots even the slightest bit. I have some on my hands and face and there has been no improvement.
Save your money - poor product and terrible customer service.

Never wrote negative reviews before, but these products damaged my skin & am looking to join class action law suit! Company has not:
1) Answered two emails sent over two weeks ago on returning the products.
2) Has not posted my negative reviews on their site I wrote over two weeks ago - Odd there are no negative reviews posted.
3) Replied to my dispute through payment server.
4) Replied to request for help through the Better Business Bureau.
Bought: Wrinkle Repair Night Treatment, Dark Spot Corrector, Lift + Firm Sculpting Cream.
Dark Spot corrector left my skin darkly discolored and looking bruised. Wrinkle treatment and Lift Cream did nothing. These are the worse products I have ever tried. I never even once complained anywhere near like this and am beyond baffled that the company is not trying to rectify this.

This so-called doctor is nothing but a snake oil salesman. As proof, their presentation, their website and the BBB page claims, "Return the item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund". To me, a full refund means you would get all your money back. That would be the honorable interpretation, not theirs.
These immoral con men who keep hounding me with emails promoting their products, build the freight cost into their product and, in order to return the junk, they insist the customer pay the shipping costs and not just standard costs, they have a specific requirement of which high-priced method of shipping is acceptable. These guys missed their calling, they should have been politicians.

This is a pleasant cream that blends well. However, it has made no difference in my skin after two daily applications for over a number of weeks. In my opinion, the cheapest generic brand can do just as well to keep skin soft.

Bought Venox Skin Serum and Dark Spot Corrector. Used 2 bottles of each. NEVER noticed even the SLIGHTEST difference. Waste of a lot of money. Do not be fooled.

Now I will send all my product back because I don't do business with companies that steal from me!! Beware of bad business practice from their selling of goods. I purchased a trial product which stated clearly I did not want to be put on auto shipment and they put me on it anyway, sent me product and charged my credit card without my permission. When I called and asked what to do she said they expect me to pay for the return of product I did not order.

I watched the videos about this cream and the marketing was so impressive, I was sold and purchased it for myself and my mom.
Not only has it not worked, my skin has gotten dryer. Perhaps it works for some but I am not impressed anymore after using it for several weeks.
I hope they stand by their 60 day money back guarantee, and can be trusted to stop any future automatic payments I agreed to, thinking this product was going to be a miracle worker. I started reading a lot of other reviews and have gotten nervous.
