    Poor customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered the dark spot corrector and I received the wrong order which contained an extra dark spot and 3 wrinkle creams. There was no invoice in the box. I immediately set about getting the proper instructions to return the extras, which I did 4 months ago.

    They could not find my return so would not refund my money, plus it cost me over $11 just to mail it. They asked for the tracking number. It took me a week to find the receipt and I emailed the tracking number and all pertinent information and have heard absolutely nothing back. This all involved several emails. The product itself has not lightened my dark spots even the slightest bit. I have some on my hands and face and there has been no improvement.

    Save your money - poor product and terrible customer service.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
