I could tell the contractor was experienced by the way he asked questions about the project. The contractor did as requested and more like trimming the bushes even more so the painters would have an easier time painting the outside of the house. The contractor went out of his way to look for a specific look and to tell me later that the style was discontinued.

You can't go wrong with this contractor. He works harder than any contractor I've ever hired. He is a perfectionist and wants things done right. His pricing is very competitive and he is dependable and flexible working weekends, too. You can't go wrong hiring Adrian for Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical work.

Pure Energy Window Company replaced an egress window and 6-foot patio door for me in 2018. The installation crew were efficient, respectful, and left my house unblemished by the construction. Impressed with the quality of the window, patio door, and the significant drop noted on my energy bill over the past year, I replaced the remaining 7 windows in my Ccondo today (November 12, 2019) with Pure Energy. Again, the installation crew were remarkable, kind, and clean. The accessibility of the company’s owners, the efficient customer service representatives, and competitive prices made choosing Pure Energy a second time a no-brainer. The company (owners) stands by their products no questions asked, the screen of my egress was damaged by something/someone and Pure Energy repaired it.

I was getting ready to give up on obtaining bids for my project to install a dormer. The purpose of the dormer was to expand my bathroom and build a walk-in closet. I contacted BuildZoom as a small business owner to have a false review removed, they wanted me to make a profile and I did, they didn't remove it. I asked again, sure they removed the false review, along with my other review. Now I show up as a 3-star company, I can't change anything, nor will they. And then they have the nerve to ask if I want to use them for referrals. If you can't simply remove an obviously false review meant to exploit your rating system without causing reputational damage to my company, why would I want to be involved with you?

I have used BuildZoom on several occasions when I decided to take on the General Contractor role for my full gut home remodel. BuildZoom assisted me in finding licensed contractors for several trades for my project. Generally, all contractors gave quotes after reaching out, and the ones I picked did a good job. In the few instances in which the contractors were unresponsive in the quote phase, BuildZoom customer support did a great job of getting me in touch with different contractors that picked up the slack. I would definitely use BuildZoom again.

They were very fast, affordable and clean. They even had a magnet out there for a while picking up nails. I'm still yet to find a single nail in our yard. The roof looks perfect and no more leak. I contracted with Walter Family Homes to have a new home built. When my construction loan expired after a year, only the land had been cleared, permits obtained, and a survey done. Consequently, I did not get the new home. Walter Family Homes did reimburse me the money not used.

Dylan and his crew did an outstanding job! They worked two long days to completely fit my living room. They hung a new board. Then plastered the ceiling and walls. My living room was brand new once more! Dylan and John were very polite. And even explained the whole process so I knew what was going on. They cleaned up so well it was cleaner when they left than when they got here. When they were done I had a beautifully textured ceiling and smooth walls. The walls were the smoothest I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend these guys!

I am very pleased with the performance from JNM Construction. Nick was very professional and has an amazing skill set, he was able to take the dilapidated apartment rental that we own that had been demolished by previous tenants and completely transform it. He installed brand new cabinets, remodeled the whole kitchen, his plumber and electrician were able to give us a brand new drain system, update the electrical. He fit our budget for $24,000, had all the hardwood floors done over. He also is an on-site contractor, we were very pleased.

He did a great job. He clearly knew what he was doing and took time showing me how to operate the generator once the breaker box was wired for it. We called him on Tuesday and he was able to come the next day. This was amazing because the storm was due to hit the following day.

I've hired Marv Fackenthal for at least ten years and on the recommendation of a friend who has used his services much longer and continues to use them. He gutted and redid a bathroom for me adding some excellent ideas I hadn't thought of, and in a timely manner. And he has just finished a new garage which I am delighted with. He did a painstaking job with the beveled cedar siding and again small details I hadn't thought of but am now enjoying. I continue to use him for very small jobs too and trust his judgment and his pricing.

We hired Mark to work on our kitchen remodel. We had a part of a wall removed and had cabinets installed, along with some fine finish work. This is our first home so we had A LOT of questions. Not only did Mark give us answers, he explained his answers, and was super thorough. Mark not only works with excellence, his work areas were constantly clean and tidy. His fine finish work is something we love in our kitchen and we think of him often as our kitchen came out beyond our hopes. He is a master craftsman and you can be sure your home is in good hands when he is working on it.

Had a flood in the laundry room. We needed a complete demo of the laundry room and all new cabinets, floor and painting done. Because it was a fairly small job, it was hard to get contractors out for estimates. Premier Contractors came, gave an estimate in line with the other companies and offered to get the job done in 2 days. Other than the time frame which turned out to be much longer, everything was first class. The workers were courteous and very clean. They never left a mess and went to extremes to make sure all was left in good shape. I would recommend them highly.

Irving from sales came out, did a great conversation and presented a quite reasonable bid to install 4 whirlybirds. It has been a 3-month struggle to get a roofer willing to come to Torrance and help me. Terrazas was here within a week, took only 3 hours to complete, including applying a sealer to every pipe and vent on the roof. Great guys to work with. Their first step was to validate that the two vents on the main section of the house were correctly placed so that they were at the same distance from the peak to keep on from back-feeding the other, both are acting as heat exits (only). Then the installed the 3rd whirlybird on a separate attic section that had been added on in 1987 by the previous owner. Finally, they installed on at the peak of the garage to keep the temperature and contents at ambient air level 24 x 7 - 365 at zero cost. Whirlybirds are powered by wind and the rising heat - Terrazas recommended a TOP name brand with a warranty of "forever" in writing from the manufacturer.

I couldn't be more pleased.
