I have Rosacea, which is where your face gets red (for me it's in my cheek area)! I don't even need blush. I was excited to get this product as she shows the redness on her face and how it covers it.

I used it, and it didn't cover the redness on my face! If I used a lot of the foundation maybe it would work, but I'm not caking on a ton of foundation to cover my skin. I applied just as much as she did on the infomercial and my redness was there. I also used powder over it to help with the redness.

That claim is wrong; it doesn't cover redness and doesn't last as long as they say. I will continue and look for something else. Shame on you IT Cosmetics for all your claims. By the way, I'm a skin care specialist, and I've tried many products, and this one belongs in the trash! Thank goodness I didn't do any kit and get stuck with autoship, which is a pain to cancel!

I saw this product advertised on TV. I went to the website and right before I was about to place my order the "terms " popped up. Being married to a lawyer I always read terms. They want you to commit to buying it EVERY 4 weeks.

I called the 800 number and the operator "generously" offered me the same product for $20.00 MORE. I told her I wanted the same price advertised on the website because I don't wear makeup every day and would only use this occasionally. She then tried to convince me she was doing me a favor by charging me MORE. She also said it was 60% off. I asked 60% off of WHAT? There were no original prices posted.

Don't buy this product unless you are committed to purchasing it every month. I hate high-pressure sales tactics. It insults my intelligence.

I purchased the $50 Bye Bye Foundation after being bombarded on TV. I have used the ties of IT foundation in the past and loved it. I don't feel this is any better and the sizes are nearly sample sizes!

The old tubes hold 1.06 oz, and Bye Bye is just 0.51 oz. Mascara is less than 1/2 size and eyeliner is nearly too small to hold and has to be sharpened! The brow powder is about 2/3 length of one bought at Ulta. The compact is full sized and with a nice brush. I applied it without moisturizer and it was too dry. The lipstick about 1/2 the length of the tube inside.

I like the makeup but feel scammed with this selection.

I purchased Bye Bye Foundation last month. I was so excited after watching the commercial and seeing the results. I was very happy with the eyeliner, highlighter, and powder, but not the foundation. It didn't cover as well as the commercial showed. I have only slight redness and a small freckle that I needed to cover, and my regular foundation covered just as well.

Beware of ordering online from this company. What a nightmare. They use a third party for shipping and returns, to which my credit card was compromised. The bank and I are still dealing with this issue. IT Cosmetics could care less about this issue.

If you choose their product, buy it in a store and not from their website. It was a BAD, bad experience!

I ordered the starter kit last year. I automatically received the full-size weeks later. I returned the two items I would not be using. They told me to give it as a gift! I was able to return those items. Then after telling them that I did not need those two items in my next shipment, they sent them anyway. Once again I needed to return them.

Then I set up an automatic order of two foundations and one mascara for every five months in April. Today I called to change my credit card to be charged in September and they told me I was removed from receiving their products because I returned too many times! The supervisor said there was nothing he could do, so they refused my business!

I'm shocked and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will also send the message on social media. I will NEVER purchase IT again. I will use Lancôme (better and cheaper).

I was very disappointed in Bye Bye Foundation. It claimed to be the perfect product and better than store bought brands. They sent me a second order and I didn't give them permission to charge my debit card. It's not worth the money. I've contacted customer service to cancel and didn't get a reply. The product didn't go on smooth or cover the dark circles under my eyes.

Hi, I have purchased several products from IT, but from ULTA. They are pricey but it is the only product I have ever purchased that totally corrects my redness and evens out my skin tone without looking like a clown. It does last all day for me. Actually it works too well in that regard, I have a very difficult time removing it all at night. Even after washing twice I find some on the cotton ball with the toner.

I too am concerned about the autoship. But once you try it you will probably want it to keep coming in anyway. Its nice to not have to travel across town to get it at another store. I am sure UTLA has some mark up on the products. Try it. It does everything it says.

I use the IT BB crème, and the Bye Bye redness... love this stuff. Use a brush to put it on the $35 jar will last over 2 months with daily use.

This review is quite cynical about every single aspect. The only two points that were valid were the "clinically shown" and not depending on the foundation for sun coverage. The company does clearly state however that it's a moisturizer that serves as a foundation, not the other way around. But do also use your own sunscreen just in case you're not getting the adequate amount of protection you need.

The claim about the autoship program is what really convinced me this was a very biased 'review'. Autoship programs are used for virtually all skin care and cosmetics products not available in stores. The terms of trial offers include automatic enrollment in the program. For example, I purchased the Luminess Air Airbrushing system using the trial offer and I was automatically enrolled in the auto renewal of the Luminess Air foundation. I'm also automatically enrolled in Murad skin care products. I stayed enrolled because I love the products and obviously need more product when I've used up mine. But I changed the frequency of shipments according to how often I'd need new product, and still I can postpone shipment for as long as I want If I don't need it at the time by calling. It is the same with IT cosmetics. Easily cancel the "autoship" program by calling customer service, or change the frequency of shipments to meet your needs.

The makeup is alright, but Younique covers far better. The price is insane; we're talking over $150 for seven pieces. When asked to stop shipments, they sent more three months later and charged my card again!

I would never recommend this to a friend! There are better products with NO commitment.

Be very careful ordering from this company. Their pricing info is not all truthful when they have you card number to charge. Extremely misleading. I have had to cancel my debit card due to unauthorized charges after I canceled their product and order.

Do your research before ordering. I lost about $85 to these people from misleading info and by them having my Debit card on file until I changed card number. Be very careful.
