Pump squeeze tube container

By Julia Bermudez, Middletown, DE, Verified Reviewer

I've been meaning to write about this for a while now. I love the product! I actually look forward to putting it on every morning. The scent is so light and refreshing, it's perfect!

The only thing that is frustrating to me is the tube it comes in. The pumping action does not work as it should for something that costs as much as it does. I've had it squirt on my blinds because of having to pump it so much to get anything out. In order to use every drop, I had to cut it open towards the end and is wasteful. Excellent product, though!

Esthetician

By Debra White, Tucson, Arizona, Verified Reviewer

I am a 55-year-old who has always tried to take care of my skin. I have used every product in department stores and some from dermatologists offices, but have found the product I have been looking for in Bye Bye Foundation.

I bought mine about a month ago, and I will never use anything else. It is everything they say and more. At this price, everyone should at least try it. I have spent as much as $200 on one bottle of makeup that was not this good. I absolutely love it.

Love it...

By Sharon Rodgers, Pittsburgh, PA, Verified Reviewer

I got my first set as a gift from my mother-in-law. I love this stuff and have been using it for about a year now. I am 46 and to be honest I really have good skin for my age. This product gives me that polished look. I don't like heavy makeup, I like natural makeup. I've used Lancome for years because my mother used it. I have switched over, although never thought I would...

For me, it's worth it

By Ashlee Johnson, Los Angeles, CA, Verified Reviewer

I think it's important to give my review of this product because I have had a very positive experience with this particular item. Speaking of both quality and performance, I rate this product a 5/5. I have worked in cosmetics and the beauty industry for over ten years and am myself a makeup artist. When people ask me what I use for my skin, I tell them about IT Cosmetics Foundation and how much I love it over the brands that I have worked for in department stores (and I have worked for high-end brands).

What I love: the light color is an absolute PERFECT shade match. The texture, finish, and luminosity of this product are unparalleled. It claims to be full coverage, but I would disagree unless you layer this product. Due to the consistency being relatively emollient, (which I appreciate) I typically use this product to even out my complexion and give a beautiful hydrated glow. Then go in with the Bye Bye Redness Correcting cream to cover hyperpigmentation, post inflammatory scarring, or any other imperfection needing additional coverage.

Being a makeup artist, I know the importance of prepping the skin before application of makeup. For me, skin prep is one, if not the most, important step in the overall result of foundation application. I personally do not have dry skin. However, I use a lightweight moisturizer plus hydrating primer prior to this product application. IT Cosmetics claims you do not have to do these steps as this product is an "all in one," however, I have tried both ways and can tell you that it makes a difference and could result in the overall satisfaction of the item.

When I apply this product on top of a moisturized complexion, it glides on effortlessly and practically melts into my skin (as opposed to resting on the surface). For me, this allows for the most natural coverage and finish.

What I dislike: that you can't buy it in stores; the price point. I think $65.00 is a little steep comparatively. The CC+ cream foundation from IT Cosmetics is $38.00. What makes this item worth the additional $17.00 per skew? I have used both items, IT Cosmetics makes claims for both products delivering exceptional performance and offering many skin benefits, they claim the difference is that Bye Bye Foundation has Skin 3D Flex technology whereas the CC+ cream offers targeted pigmentation correction. I don't see why there is such a gap in the price point of these two products from this brand.

With that said, I still love the Bye Bye Foundation. I tried to save money and opt for the CC+ cream and had to return it. When I'm going for a hydrated, HEALTHY, natural, luminous look, this is my foundation choice. Of course, this is not my only foundation choice or routine, depending on the look I am trying to achieve, I will vary my skin aesthetics. But for my everyday go-to, this is a personal favorite.

Really love IT!

By Brenda, Verified Reviewer

I belong to the IT Cosmetics club and have a revolving charge membership. It saves me money! I have attempted to purchase individual items one-at-a-time from Amazon and found that I would have spent about 1/3 more purchasing Bye Bye Foundation, sculpting mini palette, dual ended brush, concealer, eyeliner, brow pencil and mascara. The mini palette that comes with the kit on your first delivery contains blush, highlighter, and bronzer. The foundation goes on great with the IT primer and smells lemony when I apply it. I save money being in the club. I found that the foundation moisturizes and smooths out my forehead lines. It covers my hyperpigmentation well, but I use another layer to completely cover the worst of my age spots.

I'm 60 years old, and I am loving this line of cosmetics, and I recommend this product to anyone with one caveat: This foundation MAY not be for you if you have oily skin but how you prepare your skin for application may make the difference. This company makes eyeshadow palettes with all matte eyeshadows, which is perfect for me. I always order extra items for my kit and have no issues with automatic payment. I set my delivery for every 15 weeks, and I can move my delivery to up to every 20 weeks if I choose. This makeup is the BOMB. I love it!

Just remember to layer it on stubborn or large spots. It really does look luminous and does blur your skin's flaws. Yes, I have slept in it, and it stayed on well without making me get whiteheads. The foundation works best with their skin primer (go figure!). Get it if YOU have dry skin.

Love, love, love IT

By Anny OSteen, Ormond Beach, FL, Verified Reviewer

Wow. What a shock to hear the reviews from so many on here, that were very disappointed!

I have been having a very very satisfied review with using the Bye Bye Foundation continually for over a year now. I have received compliments regarding my make up from many friends over and over again. And that is such a fabulous feeling. I will continue using the Bye Bye Foundation and other products as it works for me. I love that it goes on so easily, covers age spots, blemishes, etc. and makes me feel happy!

Regarding how long the product lasts, in my case, is determined by how much I use per application, which is one good pump usually. I can do my whole face with one pump and it spreads easily. So I have it for more than a month, also because I do not wear it every day.

I love it and will continue to use it, and feel great!

Not impressed with foundation sadly

By Tisha, Indiana, Verified Reviewer

Sadly I was not impressed with the foundation, I have dry skin in large pores, which is the reason that I bought this foundation because it was lightweight and hydrating, everything that you can want.

The foundation, however, it was so cakey on my face that I couldn't even wear one layer. And to get full coverage, you have to have multiple layers. I'm in between the darkest and the one before that, and I bought two different shades and mix them together to try and get the perfect color for my skin, and even then it was still very very cakey. I was truly heartbroken because I have been wanting to try this so so bad.

However I have to say their My Hero mascara is amazing, their Contour Kit palette whatever was amazing, and the eyeliner is amazing, but I truly just am not impressed with the foundation due to the cakiness that it causes on my face. I tried it with a primer, without primer, and different primers, and it was the same look on my face!

Bye Bye Foundation

It is amazing!

In the last year, I have tried Bye Bye, Younique and Bibo foundations. Of the three, Bye Bye is the BEST! It does what it says, and at 64 years old, my skin looks better than it did even just a year ago. I recommend it to everyone.

Happy with product

By Vicki Weiland, Virginia, Verified Reviewer

I have been using Bye Bye Foundation for almost a year. I'm 51 and don't want to use a full coverage makeup. I wanted something to build on, and this is perfect. I get the kit auto shipped every 20 weeks and have never had any issues with customer service or billing. I go online to order the products, and sometimes I order three products, sometimes five. Whatever I feel like I need. I like the monthly installment plan; it's three monthly payments!

I go to Ulta to buy other products, but for my foundation, I will stay with this product.

Ok for others, not for me

By Lia Vandernat, Florida, Verified Reviewer

The makeup was ok, but as I have very sensitive skin, it did not work for me. When I received the follow-up shipment with the full-size items, I read all the paperwork included.

I called the listed numbers to inquire about returning the product, as I had not opened any of the new items just the box. The operator at customer service was very polite and explained that in order not to be charged, I needed to ensure that the items were returned, and at the time of the call, I had not been charged yet. I was told that I would receive a return shipping label from the company so that I would not have to pay the return fee.

I recommend to anyone if you are not happy, return the product as soon as possible within the MBGO time, this allows for delays, and write all information down as to date and time of call/email and who you spoke to (i.e. "I spoke to a James @ CS on 14 May 2017 @2117 est. or 9:17 pm est").

Love the products!

By Katy C., Dallas, TX, Verified Reviewer

I have been using the foundation consistently for two years. I receive compliments on the quality of my skin weekly. I found that the concealer is the best have ever used. I maintain my skin with over the counter products and I cleanse my face meticulously every night, and I exfoliate regularly.

Three products that I am religious about using are Retina A; Vitamin C creams; and a non-alcohol toner that help my skin to absorb the products because of the reduction in lines and my youthful appearance. I am 74 years old but am frequently mistaken for someone in my 50's. Tip-drink half of your body weight in ounces of water and see the difference in your skin.
