Bad Experience. Please Save Your Money.

By Stephanie, Los Angeles, CA, Verified Reviewer

I guess the bad experience started when I tried ordering. All I wanted was the foundation and they tried to sucker me into getting a $150 dollar kit without me saying yes or understanding what they where adding to the kit. They where talking about till I stopped them and said I don't want whatever you're talking about.

There was a confusion with my delivery package as well, but finally after bouncing back and fourth I got the package. I finally tried the product when it finally arrived, just to wake up the next day with my skin pealing all over my face and hurting me. I put it on again, thinking maybe it was the weather, but nope my skin pealed even more. After 3 days my skin had pealed red patches that felt like they burned my skin to the extent that it got hard. It practically over dried my skin. So I canceled my order and I'm only hoping the nightmare just ends and they stop billing me. So please by something else other than this, you may regret it.

Horrible Products

By Judy Morrison, Verified Reviewer

The smell on ALL IT Cosmetic skin products is disgusting based on my experience! I smelled a nauseating citrus (not refreshing kind of citrus). The foundation does not give much more coverage than the BB cream unless you use the concealer. If you're using both together it can look really cakey and heavy. The colors are off, impossible to match every skin tone with limited shades unless you buy several shades and mix them yourself.

As a side note: Their customer service people lack IQ points. Despite me cancelling my order and them confirming receipt of my first and only shipment back, they shipped AND charged me for the second shipment! It was a ridiculous circus speaking to three people over two weeks to get my money back.

Does not work as stated

By Barbara, Sanford, FL, Verified Reviewer

Foundation nor concealer work as stated. Looks caked on after applying on dark spots. Even after warming up as suggested before applying. Mascara is the flakiest I have ever used. Do not waste your money. You can get makeup from drugstore that does a much better job. I think it is funny that you have to give it a star rating before they will let you post your review.

Disappointed

By Erika, Las Vegas, NV, Verified Reviewer

Very disappointed. I put on the foundation and it did not cover any of my dark spots, not even one. I called the company and they told me I had to use the concealer. I thought it was funny because not once in the infomercial they show the concealer. I used it and did not cover anything, either. I was extremely upset because my marks are a very touchy subject for me. I kept it and didn't get a refund because I knew it would take too long to get it and I didn't have any extra money to buy another one. I went back to my usual foundation. At least it covers, even though it doesn't feel natural.

I'm disappointed

By Karen Alexis, Miami, FL, Verified Reviewer

I am disappointed in the service I received. I ordered this product with the understanding that the seven piece cost $49.95 and after 12 weeks I will receive another seven piece for $49.95. I waited and waited for the other shipment and when I realized nothing was coming I called customer service and was told the cost of the seven piece was $149.85 and three payments of $49.95 were deducted. I am totally disappointed and think it is a sham.

Decieved about what it was going to cost.

By Toni, Orlando, FL, Verified Reviewer

I decided to order it about two weeks ago. It does go on real nice. I have rosacea so I have to be real careful what I use. I love the product. It does stay on all day. Sometimes it burns a little, but you can sleep with it. Just unhappy about the pricing scam. I thought I was getting the introductory offer, not the full size. They were going to charge me three installments.

Disappointed

By Brenda Religa, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

I personally believe the Bye Bye Foundation is over priced and not any better than some drugstore bought make up!

Save your money because it's not worth it at all!

Bad product!

By Destiny , Tacoma, WA, Verified Reviewer

I seen the infomercial on TV a lot so I decided to finally give this product a try since it says it works miracles. Well, it was worst decision I have made in my life. I've struggled with acne all of my life and this product says it will improve your skin that is a lie. After using the product for one week, my skin looks the worst that it has in my life. I am very dissatisfied and will be returning it for a refund.

The worst product ever.

By Deborah Hermosillo, Las Vegas, Nevada, Verified Reviewer

Worst and most expensive make up I've ever used. This does not give full coverage but feel like you're wearing nothing. It's thick, heavy and cakes horribly. And the website uses tricky wording. You have a choice of FULL OR TRIAL SIZE. To most people, trial means sample. So you choose FULL which is over $100.

Do not waste your money. I would give ZERO stars but it's not an option. I don't remember my order number because I canceled and choose to forget IT COSMETICS.

Knifed Again

By Madeline Semple, Verified Reviewer

I purchased this product at a cosmetic store hoping to get rid of the redness in my checks & tiny scars from poison oak, that occurred a couple years ago.

Well what a disappointment! Not only did it not do anything it claimed, it was not any better than my six dollar concealer.

Created by plastic surgeons, I personally think this is considered as knifing the public with false claims.

Save your hard earned money and don't waste it on this product.

Predators

By Judith Rogers, Snellville, GA, Verified Reviewer

I originally ordered the trial $39.95 kit in January. I was not impressed. I immediately called and canceled but the girl on the phone kept trying to sell me other product.

My son was killed on his job in 2013. It was horrible. He was my only child. He has two children that were placed in foster care the day after Christmas, so I moved to Florida to help take care of the kids. I had no luck getting in touch with Customer service in January so I emailed them February (as so many other people who have complained about this company have also had an impossible time reaching customer service).

So I sent them a notice of cancellation on February 1st to cancel any "membership" and "cease and desist billing my credit card." I have been through hell. In March, I noticed I was still being charged for product that I was not even receiving because there is no postal service in the remote area in which I live, everybody has a PO Box.

So I did not receive mail February or March at all. They didn't even have the correct address, yet they still kept billing my account but I was not receiving any product. Finally, in May I caught them. Not only had they not canceled my account, they had not reimbursed me for the extra charge from January 4, February, March, April, and May of 53.94.

I filed fraud charges with my bank. I'm still paying for my son's funeral. I do not need this expense and heartache they have caused me. Ive received nothing from them except one kit. I went through 33,000 emails and found where I had advised them to cancel and that I had moved and left no forwarding address and to cease and desist billing me.

At this point, I've filed reports with my bank, the company (which sells its product under one name and bills under a completely different name, and has a totally different email for returns), the BBB, Rip Off Reports, Highya, and ultimately the FTC. I want to be reimbursed from February as I have proof that I have moved through May 2016.
