I found a link on my financial institution's website that was pointing to Carvana. Since I was in the market for a vehicle I clicked on it just to check on my current vehicle's trade-in value. I was surprised at the results.

I was shopping for an SUV and clicked on available vehicles. I found just what I was looking for with very low mileage and all of the accessories I was wanting.

The whole process was just too easy. All paperwork was handled online and they coordinated with my credit union.

I paid the $299 to have the vehicle transported from AZ to FL with a delivery date and time that was convenient to my schedule. The delivery guys called me and advised their en-route time, etc.

The vehicle arrived at my house on the arranged day and time. I will add that it could have used a detailed washing as there was bug splatter on the front, but a car wash took care of that.

The paperwork process took all of 30 minutes after I test drove the vehicle. A whole lot better than wasting hours and hours at a car dealership.

I would recommend dealing with Carvana. This is my only experience purchasing a vehicle online and I would do it again without any hesitation.

Not only was the process easy and quick, my delivery was on time and we had no issues. Besides having to resubmit a few documents for verification purposes everything went smoothly. I purchased the vehicle and a week later had it at my doorstep. Very pleased.

I was intrigued by an online car dealership. I knew I wanted a certain make and model of a Rogue. I was patient until I found the exact match. Ordering was a breeze. The Carvana employees were super. My car arrived on time and I had a mechanic check it out during the 7-day trial window. The mechanic gave it an A! Can’t say enough about this company-all positive. Loved it so much I bought stock in the company! It had increased 40 percent since I purchased it! I wouldn’t miss out on this company!

I lined up my financing through Capital One.

There is a team at Carvana that helps make sure the car that you want is available through their system. It’s not as straight forward as it should but it's hard to tell if that is Carvana or Capital One’s fault.

I also complicated things by selecting a car and proceeding to purchase before realizing it was 2WD when I wanted an AWD.

This caused an issue down the line as that old one was used on the purchase and loan docs (I noticed and it was changed).

There was also an issue with being able to approve loan payment because you have 24 hrs to do that and I was traveling. We got passed that.

One real issue was that the photos of the car showed a scratch on the front bumper but in fact, someone had glued a crack that ran through the whole bumper from top to bottom. I saw it and highlighted it at delivery. I have to believe it was the previous seller and that the car sitting in a pound in central California melted and exposed a poor cover-up job. I followed up with Carvana and they told me to go to a body shop and get a quote with pictures, etc. I did that and through their warranty company (Silver-something) the repair was approved. The shop fitted a whole new front bumper and uncovered an issue with the headlamp housing which was approved for repair on the fly. The body shop said the process was the smoothest and easiest that they had experienced. It cost $3000. Sure it was an extra hassle and it must have wiped out their profit on my sale. I could have spent less time in hold but all in all, they dealt with it and stood by the sale and that I think is the important thing. I will now use them again and so it might be expensive customer acquisition but they will get their money back over time. I will post this in 2 other sites because Carvana deserves recognition.

Despite the delay, the car arrived right on time on the second delivery date. The car was in great shape, clean, as advertised, and even had a full tank of gas. The delivery driver, Taylor, was very pleasant and informative.

Overall, the process was painless for me. This may not be the case for everyone, but I would recommend giving it a try.

My experience with Carvana has been pretty amazing. Their staff has walked me through every step of this process, making it a very relaxing experience. I have had all questions answered and any new information that needed to be provided was presented during my interaction with the Carvana staff. Job well done. I'd have to say at first I was a little skeptical about buying a car over the internet. I actually called them to ask questions about the process and feeling them out over the phone. I wanted to talk to a real person and get real answers to my questions and not through an online page. They were really polite and professional over the phone and had my answers. I went through the process of ordering and it was pretty painless. I traded in a paid-off 2018 Focus ST3 and they actually came back with a decent trade offer. I decided to make the drive to the Tampa store location since it's about 2 hours away. I did this because driving the new car back would be a good shakedown to test everything. This way I just dropped my trade-off and drove home the one I had reserved. It came with a full tank of gas and a fresh oil change (I did check for clean oil and it was there). They used a Carquest oil filter. The guy at the Tampa store was very polite and let me take the car for a test ride by myself. My appointment was at 10 am on a Saturday. It did have a few scratches on it I didn't know about, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

As for the cleanliness of the car, it could have been a lot better. I did see a Mobil detailer on-site cleaning cars. I would say they just do the basics then on to the next one. Probably, no one from Carvana does any follow up them. The mileage on the car and what I saw online was a match and it's still got about 10 months of factory warranty left. Other than the cleanliness and a few scratches, it was not a big issue. I kept telling myself "Hey, you're buying a used car, not new". I got a great finance rate since I only went 3 years. It was under 4%. I know I could have had it delivered, but the ride home in it was fun (Focus RS) and offered a good shakedown. I got it home and did a full polish and buff, the used a quality wax. The scratches were removed. Overall, I think I did good and everyone from Carvana treated me like a highly valued customer.

Now, here's my only gripe, if it is one. I took delivery of this car less than a week before Black Friday. Well, guess what? Carvana is doing a Black Friday Sale on all cars until December 2 with a $1000 off. So, I do feel heartsick and bummed out over this. I wish someone would have said something to me and I would have held off a few more days before reserving my car. It really would have made my year had I got in on this and helped me out financially.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. I will never buy a car from a traditional dealership or "big used car guys" again as long as Carvana stays the same. Best car buying transaction I have ever had!

At first I was very hesitant and skeptical with the whole process; because you never know with buying items online if the product received is what you saw online. But after shopping around awhile I found a vehicle and when I started the process, I was amazed on the process, on which it went step by step. Showed myself what I needed/what was next, etc. And the Carvana rep was so helpful. So needless to say, I was extremely satisfied, and if your anything like me that has questions about details, you will not be disappointed. This has been the best experience.
