I have been using this product for at least 6 months with no satisfaction. Nothing has changed. It's purely a lip gloss and works well for that only. Yes, a complete waste of money.

I turn 40 next month and just started noticing the little wrinkles above my top lip. My lips are looking thinner also. I went online to read reviews on lip plumper, and City Lips popped up. I had already tried two other high-end brands with no luck, and some skin irritation. City Lips is entirely different! I've been using it during the day over a lip stain marker. The gloss and moisture last almost the entire work day! My lips definitely look and feel healthier and more moisturized. It has only been two weeks, so I'm excited to see full results after a month.

Sadly, I have found this "hard to believe" social media marketing products are false. I bought the "special price package of 3 x City Lips for a supposedly incredible saving" to find after 4 weeks of using the product, it makes no difference what so ever. It's basically just lip gloss. Do your wallet a favor and give it a big miss, save your money. It's a scam.

I'm not happy with this at all. City Lips may be great, but I'll never know because I'm not sure if my order went through or if I was denied for some unknown reason. No confirmation number! No order number! No "thank you for your order." Nothing! I really wanted to try this out but I guess I'll just go to JC Penney's or Dillards for the product.

Even though the company states if not satisfied with their products return them for a refund. Upon returning City Lips I was told they only refund 40% of the price and that doesn’t include shipping.

Why would I pay to ship the product back and only receive a 40% refund? Too much trouble for me and I’m sure this enables the company to keeps all the money they received from me. Not fair treatment to me as a customer! I will never order another product from them! It’s all hype!

I have tried City Lips on more than one occasion and the gloss is sticky and thick and I never saw a difference. I bought it on sale and got two tubes hoping against hope I had first gotten a bad batch or something. I get mad at myself and City Lips for stealing my money and making me believe it worked. If you have money to burn, try it and I hope it helps someone because I still have an unopened box under my sink and it’s going to stay there until I throw it away, and I will soon just hate to know I was fooled by such a sticky, thick blob of...

I find it very moisturizing and lasting. However, it really does not plump my lips. Disappointed. My lips aren't really thin nor to big...just normal. I have followed the directions exactly but really not much, if any, pumping.

Do not buy this product. It is only a thick gloss and I regret my purchase. It does not do what it is claimed! Scam scam scam scam scam and now they want me to write a long review! The only thing I would like now is a refund I have written over 180 characters so they do not want a negative review.

After all the hype I expected something from this lip plumper. I was very disappointed, to put it mildly. There was no difference in the puffiness of my lips. Whereas Beauty Fusion and Academie do show a significant difference, especially Academie.

I must commend your marketing department though. They’ve done a good job of brainwashing the public.

1. The product doesn’t work at all.

2. When you get it delivered outside USA, you have to pay $15 on top of the delivery charges what these people charge.

3. The 60-day return challenge is a scam as well.

This lip "plumper" doesn’t do anything. Marketing is heavy duty - and I am fairly certain that a good portion of the "excellent" shining, five-star reviews were submitted, written and/or posted by either the marketing department or some type of "bot". This item is a scam. Came up on Facebook. All kinds of laboratory and scientific claims and I was sold. Threw away hard-earned cash for a tube full of lies. Don’t buy it. I live on a limited income. Additionally, this review necessitating one hundred and eighty characters is ridiculous. I mean, really, how many words should it take to express your dissatisfaction with this product? Moreover, why would it be necessary for me to compose a one hundred and eighty-word dissertation?
