Even though the company states if not satisfied with their products return them for a refund. Upon returning City Lips I was told they only refund 40% of the price and that doesn’t include shipping.
Why would I pay to ship the product back and only receive a 40% refund? Too much trouble for me and I’m sure this enables the company to keeps all the money they received from me. Not fair treatment to me as a customer! I will never order another product from them! It’s all hype!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
