I have a great experience with this machine. Fresh every single time. It’s easy to use, very little time spent for the whole process. I do have a problem charging it, however. The red light indicating the machine is charging does not always come on. I’ve experienced this problem regularly and it gets to be very frustrating for me. Other than this I have no complaints.

Just got it, charged up (which by the way they don't tell you to charge from the wall plug, you need an adaptor plug that you can put the charging device in but I got it charged through my PC tower). Then they say put everything in the bag and turn it on but ohhhhhhhhhhhhh nooooooo, you need a large plastic bag to put their cleaning bag and device in.

You should be upfront with the people on how this works.

I love the fact that it is easy to clean, and easy to charge.

The carry bag is nice to have as well. But it has a funky smell when I use it at night. Am I doing something wrong or is there something that can be done for that?

I love how it works but, after a few times of charging it, the charging port apparently has become loose already, and I only recharge something like every other day. Now when I plug in the charger I have to position it in a manner so it will not be moved or bumped during the charging phase or it will quit charging. I know it's not the block or cord because I also charge a phone with it with no problems. I won't recommend this product until that issue is fixed. I certainly hope you do fix this issue because I really love how the rest of it works!

Machine works fine when charged, cleans as expected. Good price, BUT the charging port is horrible! Had to buy a new one. Such a waste over a small issue.

Easy to use, I have used it every other day for about 12 months. My only complaint is that my masks turned yellow and got sort of stiff. I found that rinsing it in hot water for about a minute softens it back up and gets rid of most of the yellow, also gets rid of ozone smell. I let everything else air out for about an hour before using. No experience with customer service.

Was not happy that the zipper broke when I first used the machine. However, I knew how to get it back on track. So, right off, I had a negative feeling.

I purchased the device after seeing an ad on TV. Once I started using it was very good. After a short time had an issue with the device and dealing with the company was excellent. They replaced equipment without issue. Nice to deal with a company that values its customers and makes a product that is valuable. Should have purchased sooner.

Very happy with the machine but really need a new sanitizing bag. My sister bought it for her husband but either the bag was not there or they didn't see it. He is cleaning his equipment in the travel bag.

Customers complain of smell, the smell is the ozone at work. I put my hose tank and facemask in the ziplock bag and turn the unit on in the morning. When I get home from work I do a quick rinse to get the face oils out of the mask and hose and then let everything air out overnight.

I have two hoses, tanks, and mask so use them every other day. The 24 hours of air out is key to the smell complaint.

I get about six cleanings per battery charge. I have had the unit for six months plus and have no issues.

Try a different charging cable that works with another device you own if the unit will not charge for you.

Don't listen to all of these naysayers. This is a great disinfecting system. My water chamber, mask, and hose all fit in the back with room to spare. I do not recommend putting the actual machine in. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet and there is a video on YouTube to show you how to clean the unit itself. I bought my Clean Zone system at Walmart and it is one of the best purchases, same outcome as those high-priced systems that make you think that they are better in quality. The only issue that I have with this is that the unit takes FOREVER to charge. Other than that, put your pieces parts in the included plastic bag along with the unit and in 90 minutes you are good to go. I set my calendar to remind me to sanitize every Saturday morning.
