Best pan ever

By Mark, Columbus, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

Received the deep pan as a Christmas gift and I was skeptical, but I used it and loved it, and it performed as it does in the commercials. I liked it so much that I bought three other Copper Chef pans (the low sided one and two 9 inch round ones). I recommend these cooking pans.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great products for the price

By Oma Pam, Verified Reviewer

I have several different Copper Chef products. Please note, all my children are grown so my husband (rarely) and I are the only users of the Copper Chef products. By the way, my husband is heavily supervised when he uses MY cookware.

If you follow the cooking and heating directions and do NOT put it in the dishwasher and do NOT use sharp utensils, your pans should last a long time. And for your information, you should never put any pot or pan in the dishwasher, ESPECIALLY if it has any type of handle (99% do). They should always be hand washed for longevity, no matter the brand or the cost. Most (if not all) manufacturers bank on people not using exactly as per the directions, resulting in sales in cookware every couple of years or so. By the way, I do have cookware that belonged to my grandma and that is still going strong, and she was born in 1911.

If the directions are followed then cleanup (by handwash) is a breeze.

I like how well these pans cook and that I have to add ZERO fat (olive oil or butter) if I choose not to. I will continue to use them daily (I have owned them for more than six months) and I hope I can write the same review five years from now.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought the Copper Chef Pan and absolutely love it! It performs exactly as they say it does. In fact, I would love it if all of my pans and baking dishes were Copper Chef!

Love them!

By Gwen, Rising Sun, IN, Verified Reviewer

I love my Copper Chef products. I have the big deep pan, as well as the smaller shallow square one. I have used mine in the gas oven, gas stove top, and electric hot plate.

I can't help but feel maybe those who are having problems didn't season their products the way it tells you to do, because we did, and mine are wonderful. These are just my thoughts.

I would highly recommend it, and already have!

Love to grill outdoors but Copper Chef saves you from going out in the snow and cold.

By Carol Edgar, Shelby, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

I love to grill outdoors and love my steaks and chops on the grill. Ohio gets cold in the winter, and it is a pain to remove the grill cover and run in and out while grilling. I tried steaks in the Copper Chef before and they were great, so I tried lamb chops tonight. I followed the recipe for filets in their booklet, and they were wonderful.

I am no longer going to be running in and out during the winter, plus the pan cleaned up beautifully. I just bought a set of Cuisinart cookware and had to spend an hour cleaning the skillet after I burned the grilled cheese sandwiches.

I will use Copper Chef from now on as I am afraid to use my new pots and pans of stainless steel, as clean-up is a chore.

Works as seen on TV, but

By James Howard, Barie, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Well, my wife has been using it for eight months now, and you have to know how to use it!

Before you put anything in these pots make sure they are hot (so wait five good minutes) then put your eggs in. If you don't, the eggs will stick so bad it will take days of soaking in warm water to get it off. Now, if you cook bacon (or anything marinated with salt, sugar, or vinegar), you will have to soak it for a while to clean. The secret to clean is 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, vinegar, and dish soap. It cleans like magic.

The bottom of the pans and pots have scratches (from shipping, not from use). There is no peeling or discoloration of any kind, and there are no marks whatsoever inside the pans and pots.

The best

By Barbara Jean Campbell, Knoxville, TN, Verified Reviewer

I am 80 years young and used Farberware all my married life, but I bought the Copper Chef. I love it so much and have cooked everything in it. It was a little pricey for me, but my sweet husband asked to get it, and I did.

Pay attention and review the right product here!

By Chad Fitzgerald, Duncanville, Texas, Verified Reviewer

As I am reading reviews here, I thought to myself; I bet many people are not even reviewing the right product!

I have a culinary degree and own one of the best wedding cake companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I have bought the most expensive (Waterless cooking set for $5,000) and the cheapest (when I was in college). I love cooking with these pots and pans. I have a lot of everything, and these copper pans are the absolute best I have ever bought. And I'm talking about the Copper Chef pans, NOT Red Copper nor any other copper pans, but Copper Chef and Copper Chef Pro.

But please shop around, and stop buying from the TV and start buying from vendors like Bed Bath & Beyond, Sam's Club and Target. They offer all of these pans, and Sam's Club even offers the Copper Chef PRO set, which offers the biggest set for only $69.99.

I swear by this, and if I could post a picture I would show you I have 12 pans hanging in my kitchen right now. I LOVE them!

The best pans ever

By Susan Adcock, Michigan, Verified Reviewer

I was skeptical at first, but I bought the two 10 inch round pans with lids. I loved them and ordered the 9-inch square pan and the XL 11-inch square pan. Food cooks and tastes fantastic, and it stays very moist and cooks well. I tossed out all my other pans.

Love my Copper Chef!

By Wendy, Houston, TX, Verified Reviewer

My first purchase was a small round skillet from Ross, and I loved it.

I found a deal on eBay for a set of large skillets with lids, and have used them almost daily. I have not been disappointed, although the large skillets are a little bigger than my burners, and the heat doesn't spread all the way to the edges, which has been convenient in some cases when I needed to keep part of my dish warm but didn't want to cook it hard any further.

I have purchased knockoffs that performed similarly to what others say about theirs sticking. But then again, I don't cook anything in them where I don't use olive oil or butter, and the clean up is so easy that there's no need to send them to the dishwasher.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love it

By Rosemary, North Carolina, Verified Reviewer

The Copper Chef pans are wonderful. I was dubious at first, but have not had a problem with them. I have read reviews on other copper pans, and we chose Copper Chef due to the great reviews.

I just wish they weren't so expensive. I would like to get the 10" pan but don't want the induction cooker. I highly recommend it.
