Where's the 86% copper?

By marie, san gabriel, ca, Verified Reviewer

I just bought the Copper Fit knee sleeve. On the package it states it's 86% copper. On the knee sleeve it states it's 4% copper with other fibers. I bought the sleeve so my knee wouldn't hurt so much when I walk up a 2 mile hill for work. I really don't feel much compression from the sleeve. Support hose has more compression.

Way too long to receive

By Steve Funk ,

Takes WAY too long to ship. If they can't fill orders, then quit selling them. Said 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. When I called, they told me it will take 4 more weeks to receive. Don't order if you need this right away.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

A bunch of hassle

By Chad , Ogden, UT

I ordered one of the Copper Fit back braces and when I got on the phone call, they wanted to charge me 34 dollars after shipping when it was only $19.95 to begin with. I received the Copper Fit Back and the thing fell apart within a day and a half. I called them back and they said they would replace it but I had to pay an additional $12.50 shipping and handling. I wouldn't recommend any of this to anybody.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Total pain relief on my knees. Glad I bought two pairs.

By Bob Picco , Randalph, MA

As a 71 year old man with knee and back problems, I can say that when I ordered these knee sleeves, I was hopping that they would be a different kind of knee relief. Within a week of using these sleeves, I feel like a new man. They are lightweight and formfitting. Adjust them up or sown. Do whatever feels good for you. I am a believer.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

No Communication

By Joanna Hartell, Phoenix AZ, Verified Reviewer

Placed an order for knee compression sleeves on 6/3/15. Provided credit info. I did not receive any confirmation of the order. Called on 6/8/15, at that time was informed of back order status. Canceled order and advised Copper Fit that was not the way to treat customers. I will check in a couple of days to confirm cancelation of order.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

You get what you pay for

By Ian, San Antonio. TX, Verified Reviewer

Basically, this product is good but it's not top shelf. However, for the price and my situation, it works well. For starters, my right knee suffers from soft tissue damage and really can't be fixed, but I can still walk and run, but on the occasion I get bad pain and it hurts to walk. I've used other braces that honestly work better and give better support but try wearing slacks with those. It doesn't work. My Copper Fit knee brace does mildly relieve pain during work hours, and I can wear slacks comfortably. That's the big thing for me.

Also, I know it works because it reduces the time for my knee to "heal" or just return to normal from the normal week or more, Oh yeah, if you're active and other braces are too bulky, this is the way to go, otherwise spend a bit more and get a nice one. Also, as others have said, don't buy online. Instead purchase the Copper Fit from places like Walmart, Walgreens, etc. Honestly, I got mine at Ross for $7.99 and for that price it's great.

Terrible product, terrible shipping, terrible customer service

By Kevin G., Chicago, IL, Verified Reviewer

I ordered the Copper Fit rapid relief Back Hot/Cold wrap from Dicks Sporting goods initially. It came opened and used. They sent another one, same thing. Apparently they were returns. I then made the horrendous mistake of ordering directly from Copper Fit. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive for $5.99 in shipping. Once it finally came, I tried it for the first time. Immediately I noticed that the plastic mold to provide lumbar support was not aligned with the spine and offered zero support or relief. I called Copper Fit to try to get a refund. They will not cover return shipping. I refuse to pay return shipping on a product I waited 2 weeks to receive. I would never purchase anything from them again. Lousy product, and lousy customer service.

Constrictive

By Robert H., Chattanooga, TN, Verified Reviewer

Hard to get on and they leave a really deep impression on my upper calf and it turns reddish and hurts. For returns, who keeps a mailing label? Not anyone I know of and it is stated in the return policy that you must return the mailing label with the return as it has information on it necessary to process the return. I think this is just a way to avoid paying returns.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

If price is the main concern, these will do

Good product

By Michelle , Albuquerque, NM

I bought a copper fit knee sleeve for my husband from Walgreens. He has knee problems. He wore it for the first time and swore by it. He says his pain has improved. It's amazing how it works.
