I've used Crepe Erase one time and I could see the difference. I couldn't wait to keep using this product. I used it in the crease of my neck and my knees. Incredible after one use.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I placed my order for the deluxe products. I am skeptical, but hopeful as well. I understand that this is not a miracle lotion which will turn the clock back 20 years, but I also believe with consistent use, it may make some improvements. So here we go! I'm positive and optimistic. I will come back to give you my HONEST opinion after I receive and use the product. Initially, I have to say the customer service representative (Joshua) was very helpful and knowledgeable about each product, along with its uses. Additionally, he explained the pricing policy and waived the shipping and handling charges. He couldn't have explained or done his job any better. Now, it is the product itself. Let's see if it produces the results it claims to be. I'll be back to share my results.

I am waiting for my first shipment. I had a bad moment when I saw my bank statement "recurring charge", and was not told I was agreeing to an ongoing charge on my credit card when I ordered over the phone. I was told over and over “just try it and you will be happy”. So, I am waiting to get happy. However, I haven't received my shipment yet. More later!

My crepe skin is on the inside of my upper arms, facing my body. I use it in conjunction with body lotion, I do see a faint decreasing of the crepe. Where I see a marked improvement is on my lips! Just for the heck of it, I experimented on my face! My cheeks are smoother, and I noted a decrease in the little lines around my lips! Woohoo! I hate those lines because lipstick bleeds into them! I will continue to use Crepe Erase on my upper arms and my face!

Caution, they will send you orders every three months. Read all the print when you check out.

I initially DID NOT know there would be three shipments in total when you sign up for the initial package, but there is. AND if you want to STOP future shipments (for any reason), you have to call them right back AFTER you receive the third shipment and tell them NO future shipments. For some DUMB reason, they CANNOT record that on your computer screen. I spent 15-20 minutes online trying to explain, NO further shipments after the third shipment, BUT, I was told that I HAD to call them back and tell them this after receipt of the third shipment receipt...BROTHER! It sounds like perhaps they are gearing up for FUTURE automatic shipments?

The product is fine, however, I don't use it enough to get it every month and want to stop the re-occurring shipment and payment. I need to stop the reoccurring purchase and having a difficult time. If anyone can assist, please email me ASAP! Thank you.

First, I'm not seeing long term, ongoing results, at all. But I have crepey skin on the skin between my elbow and shoulder. It looks like I have vertical dents that are about 4-5" long. It is just muscle loss and I don't like to wear sleeveless shirts or shirts that show that area. It's hideous! So what the Crepe Erase does is fill that in, it puffs it up the dents and makes my arm look normal, not buffed just full. But it does not last, I'm good till I get to my destination and maybe an hour but by then I've been seen, arms and all and after that no one is paying any attention to my arms or I can also put a jacket on if it's not too hot.
You can totally believe my review because I don't buy anything with bad reviews but you can see I am not expecting a miracle and it does the job. It is impressive that the endorsing doctor likes the product and sees residual improvement. I am buying more, I was anyway but after reading her review I'm going to try for the longer result.

I like Crepe Erase and do not have a negative comment about the actual products. I received and used my first shipment. Upon receiving my second shipment, I was disappointed that the Advanced Firming Eye Serum was not included in my kit. When calling and speaking with a wonderful person, she informed me that the serum was a gift in my first order. She attempted numerous times to transfer me to a supervisor, however, a supervisor was never available.
At first she indicated that the system would not let her just send me the eye serum, but after a third attempt to reach a supervisor, she told me that the system would not let her send me just the missing eye serum. If it is truly to be a gift, then it should say that in the brochure and it should not be included as part of the 6 steps on the back of the box. Nowhere does it indicate that this is a gift item. As a matter of fact, I did not receive any "gift" item with my second shipment (was I supposed to receive something?). A little bit of false advertising to say the least.

I tried the product and liked it but not enough to continue the shipments, just way too expensive. If it was affordable, I'd use it all the time.
The product is very moisturizing and my skin looked better after using it, definitely. A definite smoothing and firming effect, as promised. Smoother skin and wrinkles toned down. Of course we know this is a temporary effect of the moisturizing agents in the product. Most good moisturizers rich in oils will help.
I don't think it's a 'revolutionary' product, but a very nice luxurious product that can be helpful if you have the money. My decision to try it was based on logic telling me to try anything, anything, that will help. Even a little. So I spent the money and will use up the product but look for something cheaper in the meantime.
I don't like the exfoliants that came with it at all. It contains those beads that are bad for the environment that are ending up in our lakes and oceans. I'm trying to decide how to safely dispose of these products. You do not need products like these to exfoliate. Use a lufa, or a washcloth, Yardly oatmeal soap, whatever, the result is the same, your skin doesn't care. The exfoliant products are a waste.
Bottom line: Not a miracle but but does somewhat improve skins appearance.

I bought the starter pack, from the Crepe Erase site, as soon as I saw the first commercial. It is enough for a couple of months, but then you are automatically signed up for another shipment to come every three months, but you pay every month.
I used it religiously, and after four days, I didn't think it was working. However, on the fifth day, as I was out walking my dog, wearing shorts and a sleeveless blouse, I noticed that my skin looked better; younger, not as hangey.
So I used it until it was gone, then I didn't order anymore of it. I canceled. After a few days I saw, that it did actually work, because my skin started looking so hangey and old, I couldn't believe it. I am 59 years old.
For several weeks I went without it, because I didn't want to pay the high price of the subscription. But, I found it on eBay, for a cheaper price, and you can buy it only when you want it.
I am using it again, and my skin looks really nice; but, it is not a miracle cure. You still won't run around in mini skirts or hot pants. But in long shorts, when you sit down, and the shorts ride up, my legs and knees look great. And, my arms and chest look so good, I can wear tank tops again.
Articles have mentioned that collagen is what we are lacking, and there is no collagen in Crepe Erase. I would argue, that our bodies stop production of collagen after we get into our 50's and even if you use it externally, it won't stay.
Collagen molecules are large, and are hard to diffuse through the skin. So this Crepe Erase product uses lipids, which diffuse through the skin easily, because the molecules are small. Lipids are used in molecular biology regularly, because they can diffuse through the skin, and carry DNA into the cell.
Bottom line: using lipids has a better affect than if we put collagen cream on. Crepe Erase does work, just don't expect to wear a bikini, like Jane Seymour, even if you are thin.
