Crepe Erase is Dissappointing

By Beverly Robb , Fort Mill, SC

While Crepe Erase is OK but, from Jane Seymour's commercials it does NOT measure up to her over the top bragging about the results this product can bring to Crepey skin.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bad business ethics

By Adria Williams, Illinois, Verified Reviewer

Do not order anything from Guthy Renker, period. They prey on us sicker who believe what we see, and then take our money forever. The itself product was definitely nothing special, and for sure not worth $150. Do yourself a favor, and turn the channel when you see anything from them.

Watch out for "automatic" shipments

By George C., Wilmington, OH, Verified Reviewer

I initially DID NOT know there would be three shipments in total when you sign up for the initial package, but there is. AND if you want to STOP future shipments (for any reason), you have to call them right back AFTER you receive the third shipment and tell them NO future shipments. For some DUMB reason, they CANNOT record that on your computer screen. I spent 15-20 minutes online trying to explain, NO further shipments after the third shipment, BUT, I was told that I HAD to call them back and tell them this after receipt of the third shipment receipt...BROTHER! It sounds like perhaps they are gearing up for FUTURE automatic shipments?

Scam!

By Virginia R., Denver, CO, Verified Reviewer

I ordered one time, told them I didn't want automatic orders, but they sent a second order anyway of this crap that doesn't do anything! From my experience, and after reading other reviews, this company is as crooked as they come, do not buy!

I wasted my money on Crepe Erase

By Anita , Windsor, NC

I have been using Crepe erase for a month and I have seen no results. I use it on my neck, knees and arms. NOTHING! I am so sad that it did nothing they said it would do. I truly wasted my money.

Don't use if you have Chemical Sensitivities

By Brenda Bryan , Hendersonville, NC

I recently purchased Intensive Body Treatment and the Exfoliating Body Polish. Upon using for the first couple days, I realized that I was experiencing a chemical sensitivity from the Fragrance (Parfum) that was in the products and had to discontinue. I do have Chemical Sensitivities, so if anyone has the same issues with chemicals, do not use this product. If they took out the parfum, would have been glad to have continued using.

Crepe Erase Scam

By Glenn M. , Chicago area

Never agreed to any "automatic" program but apparently there was paperwork that was snuck into my order. Was charged for another shipment, which I had never agreed to, and after postage to send back, and Crepe Erase keeping the S&H costs, I was out over $20. Representative told me that this agreement was part of the paperwork in the first order. It was never part of the original order or indicated on my receipt. Don't fall for this scam. I haven't even tried the product but am disgusted by the business practice.

I'm so disappointed!

By Lynn , Illinois

Crepe Erase did not do a thing but leave my skin with a heavy greasy film. You should be ashamed of your Jane Seymour for proclaiming that this product does anything at all.

A scam

By Regina J., Pocono Lake, PA, Verified Reviewer

I should have read reviews before I called; I didn't. I ordered at about noon on a Saturday - did not want anything other than the trial offer. I checked my bank account at about 6 pm on Saturday, and noticed TWO charges of $42.35 and called and talked to yet another representative. She couldn't bring my account up (AMAZING) since I was able to bring up my bank charges. She suggested I call the following day at any time so we could fix the issue. Oh BTW, her excuse for the second charge on my credit card was to assure my bank would honor the FIRST charge.

I called today, and lo and behold there was yet a THIRD charge for $42.35. I have since printed out a screenshot of my bank statement - which I am taking to my bank tomorrow to cancel ALL charges from Crepe Erase.

OK, so today's person told me that my shipment had already been sent, but following the script that these people follow, the reason for the added charges, was to confirm that my bank will honor the FIRST charge. Then changed her story to ask me to send a copy of these charges to them so that they could investigate!

I told her I wanted ALL shipments stopped - and that I found it unbelievable that it had already been shipped since I complained the same day. I then asked to talk to a supervisor - and imagine my surprise when the supervisor was on another call with another client!

I was told today that I couldn't cancel further shipments until I returned the first. And that the 2 other charges would be dropped, and I would only have to pay the first! After reading the above reviews, I can probably now expect to have to return the product at my own cost, and receive and reduced 60-day return free policy to include their fees (for screwing my order up in the first place).

Crepe Erase alternative

By Alexandra , Massachusetts

My friend has this product and she gave me some to try. It works great. However I found that Gold Bond Ultimate healing skin therapy lotion with aloe is just as good and it's not expensive like Crepe Erase. I no longer have crepe arms, upper arms or legs.

Thin lotions don't help with this problem. Thick lotions like Crepe Erase and Gold Bond do. Apply after showers to slightly damp skin.
