Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend

Two years ago my two miniature Dachshunds' teeth were falling out, breathe was awful. I brushed their teeth. Finally, I took them to the Vet as the last recourse to help. He removed the worst and said to return regularly. I was feeding the "best" dog food "available". After study, I decided to feed RAW. So new but had to try for these nice dogs. They loved it...were done with that kibble. I learned to alternate and they love it all. But making the "patties to fill in the accessory foods" was not easy or wisely done.

Then we got a puppy who came with kibble and enormous, smelly poops...I put her on RAW and she thrives. As winter approached (more food demanding) I was looking for those "missing" ingredients - eyes/organs/fruits/veggies. I wanted to supplement these easily w/out having to go to the slaughterhouse.

HOORAY, in my search I found Dr. Marty's. The dogs love it. I can use it for training (they would "spit out" other kibbles I tried for treats). I give them each supplementary amounts.

Surely our cat who is NOT on a raw diet would benefit, I thought. Indeed I add some Dr. Marty Cat food to her kibbles and she browses them in.

Now, I know they are receiving balanced nutrition. It's easy and affordable for me. And the dogs and cat are satisfied, energetic and weathering Winter well.

I have 2 dogs under the age of 2. I also have a 13-year-old who had most of her teeth removed about a year ago. I have tried different types of food but she just doesn't eat.

Now when I get her dish out she starts running all around the kitchen and can't wait to eat. She is very active and plays with her sisters all the time. She has started to gain weight again. It is amazing.

My miniature Schnauzer is another story. She has become very aggressive toward everyone. My grandkids were so afraid of her they wouldn't stay in the same room with her. I was starting to consider finding her a new home. Now her aggression is gone. Strangers come over and she doesn't even bark at them. My grandkids love playing with her and their fear is gone. She has turned into a sweetheart. She is my little cuddle bug.

My Shih Tzu is precious. She loves everyone and everything. My only problem with her is that she is trying to steal the food out of the other dogs' bowls. Now I feed them separately to make sure they all get enough. Her coat has become so soft and fluffy. She looks amazing.

I am so happy I found Dr. Marty and his website. I read everything on it. I knew I needed to try this. I am retired and live on a small fixed income. So I decided to purchase one bag. Just to see if I would notice a difference in my dogs' behavior. Never in my dreams did I expect such a change. I put Nature's Blend on top of their regular food and they couldn't eat it fast enough. Prior to using Dr. Marty's Nature's Blend, my dog (Gracie) would go to her dish, smell the food I had placed there, and walk away until she got so hungry she had to eat. From the first time I used Nature's Blend, which I do mix 1/2 and 1/2 with dry dog food, Gracie now cannot wait until dinner time. Now, she generally will come to me an hour before dinner, sit in front of me and stare with that "Can I eat NOW?" look. Once I do put the Nature's Blend food in her dish, her head does not come up from eating until the dish is not only empty, but sparkling clean! I am a convinced, loyal customer!

My dog Tagg is finally eating without coaxing, the salmon treats are his favorites, his vitality is alarming, it's hard to keep up with him. (A new dog.) From the day he arrived at our home he has put up his nose at everything he was offered except human food, which is not good for him. We couldn't break him from that food until he got a whiff of Dr. Marty's dehydrated food, it's all systems go now, he's finally on a good steady diet of the proper nutritious food.

Molly is an 8-year-old Novia Scotia Duck Toller rescue dog who came to me as a puppy with Lyme disease and other ailments. She started to be a bit listless the past year. She is now happily enjoying running and fetching with great energy after taking Dr. Marty’s as a "top dressing" on her regular food. Her renewed energy may also be due to our moving from city dwelling to 12 acres in the country where she has plenty of good trails and smells to explore. Whatever the root cause of her change, I’m happy for her and re-ordering Dr. Marty’s food.

My dog loves this food! She cannot wait until I give it to her. She was severely itchy and really not too interested in the other dog food that I had been feeding her, but she would eat it because she was hungry. Now it's so different, she can't wait until I get it fixed for her. The itchiness has really slowed down and she seems more alert. She is a two-year-old poodle, with a heart mummer, which really doesn't slow her down much. I have also noticed that her hair seems more healthy.

The food is so easy to fix and has lasted surprisingly along time for such a small bag. I was concerned when I received it and saw that that was all there was!

I had also wondered if there would be a smell to the dog food, but there wasn't much of any smell to be concerned about. I guess to Chloe (my dog) it smells really good cause she comes a running.

I watched Dr Marty's video and was immediately impressed. He touched all the issues I have with most dog food, but I never wanted to go the raw route. His solution was a god send. I immediately ordered two bags, but then became concerned...

It was expensive, what if my dog didn't like it? Respond health-wise? So I contacted Dr. Marty's customer service. First thru the phone, a very nice young man assured me of the guarantee. But then I expressed all my concerns thru an email. My email was answered almost immediately by Kat. We corresponded back and forth and that's when I knew this company was the real deal!

I bought Nature's Blend initially as a "topper" but within a week I saw so many positive changes in my twelve-year-old Welsh Terrier, I switched to all Nature's Blend, supplemented with veggies.

Fast forward one month. The sparkle is back in my pup's eyes, she's back jumping on the bed (we'd been lifting her up), she's ready and waiting for a 2-4 mile walk every day. To say she loves this food is an understatement. She LOVES Dr. Marty's creation! She cries while is hydrates, and licks her bowl cleaner than clean.

Up until this switch she's been ambivalent about eating, very unlike her, but that's all changed. Thank you, thank you thank you!

As far as the price, yes, it's somewhat expensive. But thinking of the quality you are getting and the positive health benefits, it's a bargain. As a society we routinely spend $5 for a cup of coffee, without batting an eye. So how can spending twenty-five dollars a month for your dog's nutrition be something you wouldn't do?

My Dallas is 9 years old and was starting to slow down. His coat was beginning to look dull. He didn't seem to have as much energy as before. I ordered Marty's dog food after my 9-year-old rescued husky had surgery. He healed quickly and appears to have more energy than he did before surgery. The surgery was to remove tumors that thankfully, turned out to be fatty and benign, so they didn't affect his energy level prior to surgery. At first, he didn't seem to like the food, but now he looks forward to getting it every day.

My Shepard Max and my little terrier love your food. I had to put it on top of their regular food because they went through it. I think your food makes perfect sense as the nutrition is all there. As far as I'm concerned it's the best dog food out there! Thank you!
