I went by all the instructions and the first time I rebooted my computer, it was worse than before. I rebooted a second time and tried to open my email to send them a nasty-gram, because my computer was slower than before, but I couldn't get to my email. Then I completely shut down the whole system and left it overnight. I turned off everything connected to my computer. I turned on my computer in the morning, and now it's running great.

And I was worried about having a virus and what it was doing with all my info and knew I needed to take care of it, and taking it to someone was not an option as it is just so expensive. I got my stick the other day and used it right away. It cleaned up my computer of many trojans and horses. I found it easy to use. I wasn't able to use my touch screen for about a month. After the FixMeStick cleaned the computer up, I was able to use it again. I would recommend this product to a friend.

After 13 minutes and 30 seconds, total PC lock-up. I had to shut off the PSU in order to get it back working. Worthless item! Avoid at all costs! I was expecting it to work, a quick plug and run and solve my problems. I've tried running anti-virus, no luck, and three different malware software, only one did anything. It found 36 problems but the adverts still persist every few minutes.

It was a little challenging because my PC did not respond as identified. I called for technical support and was assisted by a technician that was very helpful. Now I will be able to scan without any problem.

I remember the first time I purchased one of these, which was several years ago now. I was totally happy with the results. The computer I used it on back then was in total conflict with me before and this "simple little black USB" cleared up all the issues I was having at that time!

I told my son about it and showed him how much better my computer was running. He was amazed and still a bit skeptical. Then his computer went a little bit so he tried it and it totally fixed every issue he was having with his computer.

I know it had extended the life of my old laptop by at least a year!

I had a Trojan ransom wear that I couldn't get out of my computer, FixMeStick found it and removed it on the first run. I'm very impressed with this product glad I bought it. I realized that my desktop was infected when I received an email from my own address telling me that I was being watched and they had access to my account and I had to transfer 500 bitcoin to an account number to be left alone. So I decided to try FixMeStick. I am very glad I did. This thing works like magic and very easy to use, I highly recommend it.

Very easy instructions to follow, especially when you're not computer literate like me. My kids downloaded numerous games to the computer along with viruses that slowed everything down.

I just purchased FixMe Stick. I found it very easy to start using it, just follow the instructions. I think it will be the answer to a lot of problem fixing. It keeps track of all the times it is used. I just think it is going to save people a lot of money not have to go to a computer store all the time, to have it cleaned up. Gotta love that.

My computer had picked up some malware that was interfering with optimal performance and making it do some strange things when I could least afford to lose something I was working on. I worried about conflicting programs, as there seemed to be some connection between the bad performance and when I used one or the other of two specific programs. I was to the point of reformatting the entire hard drive and reloading everything when I remembered I had purchased a FixMeStick that I had never used. I followed the directions to a T and have had excellent performance ever since.

First of all, I did not know it was a subscription! Very confusing to get it to run correctly. And, lastly, I believe it is advertised incorrectly. I thought it was to "fix" whatever was wrong with your PC; it does not. It is nothing more than a program that looks for viruses.

My older laptop with Windows Vista got a really bad virus and would not work at all! The laptop was frozen up and I could not get it to do anything. I purchased FixMeStick as my last hope because nothing else worked! I could not even do a system restore. After putting in the FixMeStick, it found a bunch of problems and fixed them! After the FixMeStick now my laptop is working perfect and no problems at all! Thanks so much for the quick and easy fix! The FixMeStick saved me hundreds of dollars on having to purchase a new laptop!

My 5-month-old laptop came to a crawl, even after I had what I thought was the best firewall protection I could ask for.

Although the FixMeStick said that I had no viruses, it did remove the severe blockage I had on my high speed.

Although some computers today use Windows 10 and have a certain defalt browser for Windows 10. Some people would rather use Firefox, Explore, Google, etc., in place or along with that default browser. However, these people experience attacks on their preferred browser engine by the default browser or an affiliate of the default. Example, Microsoft Edge with Bing. You click on your preferred browser, as you've done several times before without problems, until one day the installed default shows up in place of your browser. I'm not computer savvy to resolve the problem after several failures. I turned to FixMeStick who helped navigate my resolution. Computer default is set up, you have to tell it "You got someone else."

I am not very tech savvy. But by following the instructions that came with it, I managed to get it to work quite quickly. It didn’t take as long as it said to do the scan. I purchased mine from the shopping channel and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others.

I got the product about a week ago and I have used it twice. The first time, it removed four files that were slowing my computer down. I immediately saw improvement in the glitches in my accessories as well.

The second time it found no issues.

The process takes a while as the product goes through each of your files and process that are assigned to your computer and then gives you the results.

I found it an easy process for my needs and will use it throughout the year to get the computer operational and at top speed! FixMeStick is a great a product.

I've had my FixMeStick since it came out, my computer was already acting crazy. I was ready to discard it in the garbage because I had purchased a new computer. So before throwing the computer away, I plugged it in one more time. The computer came on and cut off. So I took the battery off and it came on and stayed on. So I finally got a chance to install FixMeStick and it removed 31 viruses and it's working fine now. Thanks to FixMeStick.

After being billed for an automatic yearly renewal for my FixMeStick, which I declined, and when I contacted the support section I received an immediate rebate back to my credit card. I was pleased with the prompt service for my refund; this practice is rare when dealing with such issues online if the proper department is even available to address refunds.

I'm so happy I got the FixMeStick as I'm a little more older but know how to pretty much keep up with the fast new technologies, but if you ever have problems, you need FixMeStick! My one flat screen is older, but FixMeStick went right in and cleaned it better than any services I've tried, and it's so expensive, and they don't mind taking your hard earned money. So if you want it done right, don't hesitate, get it, you won't be disappointed. The FixMeStick was easy to use and cleared at least nine viruses from two of my computers. The result of that is both computers are performing much faster, I didn't lose anything that I needed to keep, and it only took about two hours per computer to do that. I will continue to clean up my computers for a year and I may purchase the FixMeStick for next year as well. Thanks.

I contacted FixMeStick because mine was lost in the California fires and asked how to go about replacing it. I received a response the next day with sympathy for my loss (entire home lost) and advice that they will replace my FixMeStick free of charge.

I was not expecting that and totally satisfied. Every interaction with them was quick and complete. I have used this product on my previous computer (also lost) and was always completely satisfied.
