    Overall Experience:

    After being billed for an automatic yearly renewal for my FixMeStick, which I declined, and when I contacted the support section I received an immediate rebate back to my credit card. I was pleased with the prompt service for my refund; this practice is rare when dealing with such issues online if the proper department is even available to address refunds.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
