I had a Trojan ransom wear that I couldn't get out of my computer, FixMeStick found it and removed it on the first run. I'm very impressed with this product glad I bought it. I realized that my desktop was infected when I received an email from my own address telling me that I was being watched and they had access to my account and I had to transfer 500 bitcoin to an account number to be left alone. So I decided to try FixMeStick. I am very glad I did. This thing works like magic and very easy to use, I highly recommend it.

Very easy instructions to follow, especially when you're not computer literate like me. My kids downloaded numerous games to the computer along with viruses that slowed everything down.

I just purchased FixMe Stick. I found it very easy to start using it, just follow the instructions. I think it will be the answer to a lot of problem fixing. It keeps track of all the times it is used. I just think it is going to save people a lot of money not have to go to a computer store all the time, to have it cleaned up. Gotta love that.

My computer had picked up some malware that was interfering with optimal performance and making it do some strange things when I could least afford to lose something I was working on. I worried about conflicting programs, as there seemed to be some connection between the bad performance and when I used one or the other of two specific programs. I was to the point of reformatting the entire hard drive and reloading everything when I remembered I had purchased a FixMeStick that I had never used. I followed the directions to a T and have had excellent performance ever since.

My older laptop with Windows Vista got a really bad virus and would not work at all! The laptop was frozen up and I could not get it to do anything. I purchased FixMeStick as my last hope because nothing else worked! I could not even do a system restore. After putting in the FixMeStick, it found a bunch of problems and fixed them! After the FixMeStick now my laptop is working perfect and no problems at all! Thanks so much for the quick and easy fix! My 5-month-old laptop came to a crawl, even after I had what I thought was the best firewall protection I could ask for.

Although the FixMeStick said that I had no viruses, it did remove the severe blockage I had on my high speed.

Although some computers today use Windows 10 and have a certain defalt browser for Windows 10. Some people would rather use Firefox, Explore, Google, etc., in place or along with that default browser. However, these people experience attacks on their preferred browser engine by the default browser or an affiliate of the default. Example, Microsoft Edge with Bing. You click on your preferred browser, as you've done several times before without problems, until one day the installed default shows up in place of your browser. I'm not computer savvy to resolve the problem after several failures. I turned to FixMeStick who helped navigate my resolution. Computer default is set up, you have to tell it "You got someone else."

I am not very tech savvy. But by following the instructions that came with it, I managed to get it to work quite quickly. It didn’t take as long as it said to do the scan. I purchased mine from the shopping channel and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others.

I got the product about a week ago and I have used it twice. The first time, it removed four files that were slowing my computer down. I immediately saw improvement in the glitches in my accessories as well.

The second time it found no issues.

The process takes a while as the product goes through each of your files and process that are assigned to your computer and then gives you the results.

I found it an easy process for my needs and will use it throughout the year to get the computer operational and at top speed! FixMeStick is a great a product.

Hello Guys and Gals, I have installed my FixMeStick. It only took four and a half hours to complete its task. It found several viruses and removed them. I have an old Lenovo computer. It is slow. I had expected the speed to improve after the treatment. However, that is not to be. It is as slow as it ever was. So I have concluded that although the FixMeStick did its job, my computer is still a pile of crap.

I thank you for the effort and am sure it will work wonders on a new computer, once I can afford one.

I've had my FixMeStick since it came out, my computer was already acting crazy. I was ready to discard it in the garbage because I had purchased a new computer. So before throwing the computer away, I plugged it in one more time. The computer came on and cut off. So I took the battery off and it came on and stayed on. So I finally got a chance to install FixMeStick and it removed 31 viruses and it's working fine now. Thanks to FixMeStick.

Initially, I had trouble getting it started. My high schooler got it going Friday and it's still going. It has never been cleaned, and I'm almost afraid of what's on it!

So I honestly can't give an accurate review as I haven't been able to access my computer yet. But it seems to be working. I'm very excited to be able to use the FixMeStick from home. Not in our budget to take the computer for repairs. I hope this helps someone!

I'm so happy I got the FixMeStick as I'm a little more older but know how to pretty much keep up with the fast new technologies, but if you ever have problems, you need FixMeStick! My one flat screen is older, but FixMeStick went right in and cleaned it better than any services I've tried, and it's so expensive, and they don't mind taking your hard earned money. So if you want it done right, don't hesitate, get it, you won't be disappointed. The FixMeStick was easy to use and cleared at least nine viruses from two of my computers. The result of that is both computers are performing much faster, I didn't lose anything that I needed to keep, and it only took about two hours per computer to do that. I will continue to clean up my computers for a year and I may purchase the FixMeStick for next year as well. Thanks.

I contacted FixMeStick because mine was lost in the California fires and asked how to go about replacing it. I received a response the next day with sympathy for my loss (entire home lost) and advice that they will replace my FixMeStick free of charge.

I was not expecting that and totally satisfied. Every interaction with them was quick and complete. I have used this product on my previous computer (also lost) and was always completely satisfied.

I contacted FixMeStick after losing my device during a recent move. Customer Service was an excellent experience, they are sending me a replacement (something companies nowadays very seldom achieve or even seem to desire to help). FixMeStick removes viruses other programs do not even find. I have been very pleased with both the FixMeStick and exceptional Customer Support.

When I used FixMeStick, I was surprised at how good it worked. When I asked stores is it worth to by it, they always told me no.

I have been a FixMeStick customer for several years. Each time I call for assistance the representative is knowledgeable about computers, viruses, and solutions to difficulties. The representative is skilled in sharing the information with me, patiently making certain I understand what I am being asked to do, and making certain that he/she understands my problem. We purchased a FixMeStick from the Shopping Channel and it was delivered to us three days later. We used it right away and were surprised to see the problems it managed to clear. We will use it again in 30 days. Great item and would recommend this to others. My only problem was activating the NordVPN, which was included with the purchase. They kept asking for a credit card. This code should be activated when shipped.

Yes, I saw the ads, watched the videos, but was still skeptical. The product was FixMeStick. Yes, I was using a well know security program that was supposed to stop my PC from becoming infected with viruses and malware, but it still happened. My browser kept locking up with warning dialog boxes, informing me to take action before all my files would be deleted in 243 seconds or a warning box from Norton Security that my PC was infected with seven harmful items. The problem was, I didn't have Norton installed on the PC to begin with. So desperate, I bought FixMeStick, what harm could that do compared to the crap that was already happening. I tried it out that night and yes, it removed a pile of garbage from the PC and helped to speed it up. FixMeStick did state that some deep-seated viruses and/or malware might still cause a problem, but to contact their support team for help, that was my case. I sent a quick email to support explaining my problem and within an hour had a reply. Long and short, they solved the issue and my PC is now running perfectly. I've watched FixMeStick demonstrated on the Shopping Channel for years but only just purchased one a couple of weeks ago to scan my year old computer. I'm almost a senior, so not as computer savvy as the younger generation, but that that as advertised, it was very easy to follow the instructions, so thank you!

I let it run overnight as recommended and woke up the next morning to find that my computer had no viruses, perfect and thank you again! I will continue to run it every once in a while to help safeguard all my online transactions.
