I finally reached Jessica at tech support. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and is mailing me a new FixMeStick.
I still have an issue with the hours of operation and feel that this company should offer support in the evening.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
My FixMeStick arrived with no instructions. I had to struggle with it. It was much more difficult on my laptop. Now the FixMeStick won't work on either my laptop or desktop! I viewed the support video and the FixMeStick does not open when I follow the instructions on the video. It appears to be corrupted.
Customer service closes at 4 PM my time and since I am NOT a day person and am disabled, it is impossible for me to call customer service that early since I sleep most of the day! I do my computer stuff in the evening. Tech support should be available in the evening!
