I have been sending emails to their customer support, and so far their people have been very accommodating. They replied right away (within the day) and addressed my concern about my order status.

I am well aware that my order takes 9-18 days to arrive, so it is still on schedule. I just wanted to make sure everything is going well that’s why I contacted their support team.

I have never used a matte lipstick/stain/gloss, whatever you want to call it. I may have picked the wrong color, so I just wanted to put here that the quality is great, but be careful to pick the right color for you. Colors are rich. The color I chose was wrong for me, but I would definitely buy this brand again.

I saw an ad for this product in my Facebook newsfeed. Ordering was somewhat easy, and I was excited to get my order in today. The colors are beautiful and wear as they were described. The only complaint I can make is that shipping took much too long, but the product was worth it!

Initially, I was concerned as I had ordered and not received my order inside the 7-day promised window. I emailed the company, and they emailed back within the day with an update on my order. One of the items I ordered went out of stock. They emailed me when it was shipped and allowed me to track my order.

I got the metallic rubylite lip gloss. Legitimately it goes on well. Give it a few minutes to dry then it stays put! No need to reapply regularly. I'll certainly buy more of that.

I did also get the strapless, backless bra though and was disappointed in it. If all you need to do is push the "girls" together and they are perky on their own, then this will do it. It stays sticky and doesn't fall off even if you get a little sweaty. If the "girls" have lost their perk, this won't help them as it gives no lift.

Although it took almost a month before I received my order, I finally did receive it! I was pleased with the two lip glosses that I ordered. They are both beautiful colors! I ordered 09-Topaz and 05-Gold.

Overall very good. The colors are very similar to the pictures on the website. My only problem is that if you lick your lips, the lipstick becomes sticky again and will rub off some.

I am very satisfied with the quickness of delivery and the product itself. It was exactly the beautiful shade of pink I wanted. Just as the video promotes, the lipstick does not smear and will stay on your lips without getting on anything else.

I ordered two lip glosses from Focallure. They arrived quickly, and I was sure it was going to be a fraud so I tested them on my hands and wow, the colors were actually as described and I couldn't get them off my hands without a lot of rubbing. I really like my new waterproof lipstick from Focallure. I will say it doesn't stay on as well as I had thought it would, but it does last throughout my work shift most days. I get many compliments on it. I would have liked to have been offered a matching lip liner though because it tends to bleed a bit sometimes. I will most likely order this product again because it's the best one I have found that has stayed on the longest to where I don't have to constantly reapply while I'm at work. I'm a waitress, and my appearance is everything to me.

The long-lasting, shimmer lipgloss is amazing! The color is exactly what I wanted, and it’s far better than any other long lasting lipstick/lip stain I’ve tried. I put on one coat, let it dry and went to work. It lasted through my 10-hour shift, dinner, a shower and a full nights sleep. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the product.

I ordered four lipsticks. They are really beautiful colors and really last. You need to get the remover for them. I also ordered a loose pigment eyeshadow the color is so rich; it's gorgeous. I would highly recommend this makeup to any of my friends and family!

I purchased multiple lip glosses, the mascara, eyeshadow, and shimmer eyeliner. I have used all the products already and I am very satisfied with all of them except the shimmer eyeliner. It looks fantastic, but it takes a lot of work trying to get any of the liquid onto the brush. It also took multiple applications in order to see the eyeliner. The mascara was easy to apply and it instantly gave me thicker looking lashes. I also love the lip glosses, and they really do stay on your lips.

I got my order today and upon opening it, I can’t say I’m thrilled. The “beauty blender” is super small, plastic-feeling, smelly, extremely thin, and not at all what was pictured. It will probably just end up in the trash. Highly disappointed.

I was so upset when I opened the lipstick because it looked hot pink (I ordered Persian plum). However, it dried a lot darker and is a great shade. It has a nice matte finish and stays put. I really wish a liner close to the color would have been in stock. I’ll have to check back periodically.

Overall, I would say my experience was 50/50. I would have given 5 stars if the blender wasn’t so terrible.

I always sucked so much at doing the two-tone eyeshadow with a darker hood, but this makes it so easy! I think I made a bad color choice with one as the colors were hard to tell by onscreen, but love the other shade and how sparkly and smooth it is too!

The products are great. The colors are nice and bright and cover very well. However, the time between order and shipping was almost a week and then another two weeks before it arrived.

The colors are great! The application lip wand is really nice! The texture I'm not a fan of as it almost leaves a sticky feeling sometimes? It also makes any lines in your lips show even more.

It is fun to mix colors and give myself an ombre look. If the texture was different, I would definitely buy more!

I love their products but I am disappointed because there was a mistake in my order. I ordered five Focallure Matte Liquid Lipstick #02, 08, 10, 12, 15. But I did not receive the #02 and got #08 twice instead. #08 is a great color, but I wanted the #02! So sad, but I really like my lipsticks, they do what they promised!

I finally received my two lip glosses today! When I ordered them April 13th, it said 2 to 7 business days for delivery. I had to email at the very end of April for them to tell me that they were on backorder and I would receive them soon. I did get them today, however, and I really like them. They really don't rub off like the ad said! The rose gold number 15 is a little more purple than I was expecting, but it's great.

Absolutely amazed by these products. I wasn’t expecting the pigments to be as beautiful as they were or how long it is actually lasting. And no smudge, thank god for that. Nothing better than having drinks on a night out and not having to go fix your lipstick all the time. I would absolutely recommend this product.
