I ordered two colors; Fuzzy Wuzzy and Old Rose. Fuzzy Wuzzy is a little brighter than I imagined but I just love them. The color lasts all day without coming off. It dries my lips a little but not like other products I've used. My only issue was it took about a month to receive in the mail, but well worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering more products!

I was super excited to get the five liquid lipsticks that I ordered. They arrived today. I tried two of the five and was very disappointed with both #20 and #04. The colors are great, however, after wearing them for no more than five minutes or so, when I rolled my lips around, so did the lipstick and it came off! Not impressed one bit!

These are worse than LipSense that I used and thought there can't be anything worse. Well, here it is. I want a refund on the three that were not opened; #19, #21 and #03.

I'll be more than happy to return them. Send me a paid return label and refund me, please.

I ordered from this company on April 25th. I sent an email before about the shipment and received no response. Today, May 11th, I disputed the transaction with my bank and informed the company. I received an email that my order was submitted for fulfillment and was not able to be canceled. I put it on my Amex and have no concerns about winning the dispute through my card company.

This is just such a disappointment to learn the products are a scam, not advertised accurately, and the rest of the headaches. Do not order from this company.

I loved the metallic glosses, they last through naps, kissing, eating, and drinking. The shipping was faster than expected (took like two weeks to Europe).

I’m always reluctant to order makeup online. I have now made two purchases. I’m very fair and many foundations make me look orange or too dark. 01 Alabaster is perfect for my skin tone. The foundation is a little oily, so I have to do my eyebrows before applying the foundation. But it looks flawless once everything is set. I’m excited to try it with the powder I just received today. I also bought the matte lips 13 Wine. The color is on point. Great products!

I love this eyebrow pen. It looks more natural because of the individual strokes, looks like natural hair. No need to spend tons of money on microblading. Trust me, I've tried everything too. My next stop was microblading, and now I just saved myself hundreds of dollars. Thank you.

I have been looking for a perfect Rose Gold glitter shadow and have struck it lucky with Focallure's Rose Gold. The color is beautiful and it applies easily with a good primer base.

I admit I went back the next day and bought three more. It comes off easily with a good remover.

I am not happy with this lip gloss. It took more than three weeks to arrive and feels horrible on lips; sticky and gritty. And it does not stay on; wore off within minutes. Not at all as claimed. Not worth the money.

It's really waterproof! I love it! I got the matte liquid lipstick number 08...it's almost like a nude pink but not bright. I really like it! It's so hard for me to find a color that's not too dark or light. It's perfect! And I love that I can lick my lips as much as I want and it's still there! Thanks again!

I bought this item, and the color is way too dark for me. The company will not allow returns! If you have any doubt about this product, do not spend your money. I mean CVS, Rite Aid, and Target offer returns on all cosmetics. I believe if they stood behind their product they would want happy customers, at the very least they could offer store credit.

I just received my new brow pen. It is actually much darker than I thought and it comes out fast. I have to get used to applying the pen to the brows and perfecting the drawing method.

The tattoo pen worked great and stayed on my brow without smudging and was very easy to use. The texture felt like I was painting with liquid eyeliner and dried quickly. The four-prong tip was comfortable on my brow, and I liked how I could feel the four prongs, so I knew where to brush against my eyebrow instead of it being soft like a brush. My only issue was that the color was a bit darker than I wanted.

I ordered a couple of lipsticks from the Wish app before I was aware of the dangers of "fakeup" online. One was a liquid lipstick from Focallure. It was definitely sent from China (you can tell from return address and postmarks). The other lipstick from the same seller turned out to be a "Kylie" liquid lip for $1. After learning about fake cosmetics and how they are created by cartels in unregulated factories, and have been found to contain human and rat feces and urine amongst other unpleasentness, I threw both lipsticks in the trash after only hand swatching them. People have suffered with eyes swelling shut and throats swelling closed from these cosmetics made purely for profit with no concern for the customer. The seller refunded me presumably to shut me up and because they knew I was right. Focallure is definitely not made and sold from the USA, and I wouldn't trust the ingredients at all. Please be safe!

I'm an Anastasia Dip Brow user. I recently order Focallure, and I must say it is my new favorite. It is thinner in consistency so applying it is way easier. I was in a wedding in Puerto Vallarta, and even through the sweat and humidity the brows stayed put. I wore it every day, even in the pool, it is the best!

I have not received the order I placed on May 30th. I was sent an email to ask about my order, and the response I received was “Please do not worry, we have the inventory in hand, and it is being ready for shipping on this moments. Your order status is Submitted for Fulfillment and our warehouse team working around the clock to make sure it will dispatch soon as possible.”

It has been three weeks since and I have not yet received my order. This is a scam!

I cannot even give it a rating of one star if only this site will let me, so I am forced to give a scam business a one star!

I ordered an eyebrow pencil at the beginning of May. We are now in the second week of July, and I still do not have my product. They told me my item was out of stock but failed to contact me and tell me. I tried canceling my order four times and they keep telling me it’s on the way. I will NEVER order from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. My entire experience has been awful. Terrible customer service. I even filed a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back and then all of a sudden it was shipped at the beginning of July, but I still do not have my product.

I finally received the microblading tattoo pen I ordered after three months of inquiries and told it was on the way. The ink barely comes out. Nothing like what was advertised. Terrible product, $40 wasted. Not even worth trying to return after the length of time I waited to even receive the product.

One thing to say: DO NOT buy from Focallure! They are a scam!

I wish I had read all these reviews prior to buying from Focallure. I purchased the "Finishing touch flawless brow," which is basically a pen-like equipment used to shape your eyebrow. I received my product, it was unopened and carefully sealed a few weeks later only to open and see that it had a missing component - the part that actually shapes the brow.

After two weeks of going back and forth with their customer service team, it is very evident that this company was scamming people off of their money by providing incomplete or faulty products and then refusing to exchange or refund as their policies prevent it.

This is my first time buying from them, and I will NEVER buy from them again.

Keep your money - DO NOT buy from them!
