I am very happy with my purchase of the six month food purchase. They were very prompt. Received e-mail up dates and it only took four weeks to get. That was during the Christmas rush. I am going to purchase more. Great prices.

I just received my order and was very disappointed. I wish now I had done some research before I purchased and if I had, I would not have purchased this product.

After opening the bag and seeing what was in it, I did go online and found bad reviews of the company. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone. Frank Bates is a fictional person; he does not exist. I just read this in a review.

I recently received my order and was not satisfied with the content. I sent the order to the return address listed on the paperwork they sent me and it was shipped back to me saying I sent it to the wrong address. They said I should have sent it to the address which is on their site. This is OUTRAGEOUS considering their claim of 100% money-back return policy.

I get LOTS of "buy more," however, I ordered an item in September and still have NOT received it. I finally found a number to call. But, of course, there is no answer. I cannot buy again without getting the item I have already ordered. Would you?

I received the 30 day supply within the time they stated. I tried one of the food packets (Cream Rice) and the taste was OK and it did fill me up. Hopefully we will never need it but I'm glad I have it in case.

Look, I've dealt with this company for a few years now. I started with accepting some of their free samples, then worked my way up to the survival seeds, 72 hour kit, one month, three months and on to other items/supplies. The food is great tasting, very well packaged, and naturally preserved in Mylar pouches. It was sent in durable rubber containers. It is well packed for shipping. The bonus items are also a great addition. Customer service is top notch and when I had a minor issue with some packaged items, they handled it quickly and promptly and even added extra with no extra cost to me. Bottom line: It is a great value and the product will last for many years as stated, if the buyer takes care to store it safely.

And finally: Yes, FEMA is stocking up on this type of food. Don't take my word though, spend your own time as I did and do the research. Keep in mind, there are some things the government does not want you to know and will also go to great lengths to use misinformation tactics as well This is a Five Star company without a doubt. No. I am not an employee of this company or business affiliated in any way, only a standard customer.

A couple of weeks ago I purchase a 4-week supply of Food 4 Patriots. Since the foods arrival to my home, I contemplated on trying a portion of the products I ordered. I let my wife choose a item for a taste test. She's a very critical person when it comes to the taste and quality of foods. Bottom line: She likes the chicken rice dish very much as I do also. We couldn't be happier with the products we've ordered thus far.

They shipped part of my order. The part I have is mostly oatmeal, I can buy this cheaper at the grocery. They have not replied to repeated e-mails regarding the rest of my order.

My wife ordered the 4-week kit with the 3 free 72-hour packs and we tried the food and thought it was pretty good. I then ordered a 3-month kit and a 1-year kit with the extra goodies, including 10 grab-and-go packs. It arrived in terribly beat up boxes, but everything was there with minimal damage. I contacted the company that night and let them know how it arrived and sent a couple of pictures. Today, about 3 weeks later, I received replacements for all damaged items to include the totes it was in.

I am very pleased with the customer service.

I have purchased Food 4 Patriots products on several occasions and have found the service to be very good. After reading reviews here, I’ve noticed a continuing theme. People aren’t being smart about their survival plans.

The food is emergency food and not meant to sustain one over the long haul. The kits provide about 1100 calories a day. People must have a long term plan. Don’t expect to live off these kits alone...that would not be smart. They are supplemental kits to a long term plan.

A survival plan is a multi-tiered plan...Food 4 Patriots is a good part of a plan, but not the entire answer. I have bought the food and seed vaults. Not all of their products are for everyone. Do your research and make smart purchases.

I have never had any problems getting my food supply, I have had good customer service also. They sent me a few packets to try and they tasted good. A lot of people are using this won't be up for long and this is going to get me in trouble and you need to prepare, before it's too late. That's how they get your money. Power for patriots I think is a scam. Build your own electrical energy that needs no outside source to run it. Then they scare you into trying to buy their e-book blue print. I got one free and it's not what it claims to be. I could build one, but it would be dangerous to have sitting out in the open. That stuff is just plain nonsense.

I have tried to contact this place with a question to no avail. Will not contact via email. I am put on hold for long periods of time and no one ever picks up. My bins are sweet and I wanted to know if they will attract bugs. I guess they will because no one will contact me. I question if this is a legit business or not. Next step is to Consumers Affairs.

I have order stuff about five times from food, seeds, and filtration straw. I never had a problem with my order. I tried one package, and it was great. My wife and I are retired, and we keep some around in case our SS checks or disable checks don't come, we have a good supply to get through awhile.

I had no problems getting my order! I've ordered three times and just placed another order. I have ordered the Alexa Pro water system, the power hubs and 3 months supply of food and so far I've been very happy. Customer service is very informative, and I receive an email daily.

I'm reading comments and one thing is for sure, you CAN'T please people all the time! So I'm giving them a 5-star rating and will order as needed. I have not tried the food yet, but I plan on a test run! I am not affiliated in any way. I hope this helps the next person sitting on the fence about should I or shouldn't I order. I grew up in the Military. We always kept emergency supplies as we were always getting slammed by Hurricanes, Typhoons and Floods. Trust me. Everyone should have a backup. I also am a Professional Back Packer. Trust me, you always will need the comfort of emergency food just in case.

I received my three month supply and was quite pleased. My decision to purchase Emergency Food was a calculated one and also a replacement for my previous supplies that were quite aged.

I would recommend Food 4 Patriots. I am pleased with the service they provided me with.

First off, I have to say that these guys are great! I have been a client of Food 4 Patriots for 8 to 10 years. I have purchased many of the food kits, veggie kits, 72-hour kits and even the Alexapure Pro. Every order that I have purchased has been exactly what you stated, and exactly what I expected. The food kits are fantastic! We eat them while camping, hiking, and even as breakfast or dinner on occasions. From a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give these guys a very strong 9 in regards to the food products and the Alexapure water purifier.

Now, as for customer service. They have a representative named Timothy in their Customer Service and Products Department. I want to tell you that he is one of the best CSRs that I have ever had the opportunity to talk to. Let me give you a little background so you can see why I say this. On the 14th of September 2018, I ordered their 2018 Patriot Storm Prep Generator Kit plus "bonuses." Which came with the Patriots 1500 watt generator, solar panel, LED light string, solar light, Power hub, Power bank, Cart, 72-hour food kit and several reports and book. When I received my Patriot generator on the 25th of September 2018, it had several of the "bonuses" missing. Roughly half of the order.

When I called Customer Service, a gentleman named Timothy answered my call. I explained that I had only received part of my order and he went into the computer and found my order. As I stated, I had ordered the 2018 Storm Prep Kit. The rep that had taken my order had placed it as the "basic" generator package even though my order stated that it was the Storm Prep package. Timothy went in and straightened my order out with no problem. He had to reorder the "bonuses" that came with the Storm Prep Kit.

On the 1st of October 2018, I received my Patriots Power Hub and nothing else consisting of my order. I called Customer Service again and got the same CSR (Timothy). He once again went through my order and informed me that the "missing" items that I had not received had been "picked" at the warehouse and was being "prepped" for shipping. During the entire conversation that I had with Timothy (which was 3 conversations in total as of this post), he made me confortable, he was extremely informative and was very professional about the whole ordeal. I was extremely impressed! Timothy made me feel as if I was "family" and he assured me that I would receive everything that I had ordered.

You guys should be proud of Timothy for the job that he does. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" his normal duties as a Customer Service and Product Representative. He deserves a 5-star rating in customer service and satisfaction. I wish all Customer Service Representatives were like Tumothy. He is a true asset to your company.

Ordered the 72 hour meal package. Good communication, fast shipping. We were hailed out the other night and no power so we thought we would give it a try. Boiled up the water added the potato cheese soup and never added any spices to it because I wanted the absolute pure taste. We ate by lantern light and it was excellent. Like others, I have had MRE's, C-Rats, high-dollar camping food from "Big Name" outlets and this by far was the best I have ever had. Service was excellent, I received my order in about 7 business days. To the person who writes about scare tactics, first off it is called "marketing", secondly, we hear daily from most of the MSM that our electrical grid is under attack on a daily basis - and finally the "House of Cards" known as an economy. To those who think it is "stupid to prepare for the worst", good luck counting on the "Gubment" to come to your rescue. You'll have to let all of us know how that works for you.

I have ordered just about one of everything that they sell, and I never had a problem with any orders I placed. All the meals I have tried have tasted better than I expected, so I gave Food 4 Patriots five stars. Oh and I also recommend Food 4 Patriots to family and friends.

I have read some of the reviews and I did not experience any of them. I received my order within 10 days and when I opened the containers there was no leakage from any package. As for contacting customer service there was no need to. Correspondence was by email and replies were within a 24 hours. Overall service was very good. If you check the history of what is going on it is not just Food4Patriots but, other organizations as well are saying the same thing. It is not right now but very soon in the near future. Be prepared and you just might come through whatever the next catastrophe might be.

Well. these reviews are a bit of a shock. My first purchase was the small one. One week I think "testing the water" and Everything was good. I got it in good time. So I ordered the 4-week package the week I got my first order. Please note: I did NOT smell the food with those orders. The next step was of course the 3-month package. I got it and smelled the food this time in both containers. I got seed vault and it was open and dented. Other that that, everything was there.

So knowing that this is based on food for 1 person, I wanted and did order another 3-month. That was a week ago. I have heard nothing from them. I was going to e-mail them when I came across this. It is sad to think that people you thought were out to help you were real Americans are really no better than the people they talk about in the Government. Only time will tell if my opinion will change from just an OK to nay. So at this point I can not give a true yes or no bottom line. However, because I have to, I will go with no because there is more bad than good. Buyer beware.

Ordered the 72 hour packets offered through an ad in the NRA publication American Rifleman. The lead in by the rep when I called gave me pause because it was geared at scare tactics and a heavy sell of their other products. This continued even after I gave my CC number and I started feeling a little nervous because I had to repeatedly confirm with the rep that she was not adding other items on to my order. Luckily, the sale went through OK, but I still don't like them having my information now that I've read that they are nothing, but a glorified marketing firm. Shortly after the purchase I started receiving barrages of spam emails, luckily the unsubscribe links seemed to work because I haven't been bothered by them, but I have received two catalogs in the mail so far. I've called them and asked to be removed from their lists and they once again tried to sell me a bunch of stuff.

Thanks, but no thanks, I'll stick with Mountain House for my long term foods. This stuff is fair at best and very high in sodium and preservatives. I'm glad we only got a couple of the sample packs, because we're going to reserve them for last ditch use or for bartering should there be a need.

I bought $500 worth of the crap they call food. Have you read the ingredients of this crap? I am sorry I bought it, but admit that if I am ever someplace where there is no food I will try to eat it. Hopefully, that will never happen. READ THE LABELS.

We have tried some of the food products, and my children were very delighted with the taste. It was amazing to see how very quickly food and water flew off the supermarket shelves in Houston due to hurricane Harvey. It made me think of Food 4 Patriots and their unselfish and tireless efforts to bring quality food and other vital products to everyone who's smart enough to make use of the opportunity to acquire them.

I am extremely happy with the water filtration system. I tested the water and found it to be alkaline. I left my results on the dining table for a few days, and I was so happy with it. Thank you, Frank, for your hard work and passion that's resulting in the confidence and inspiration my family and folks around the country experience as we continue to use the products.

I bought one of the food packages and opened a few to discover for myself whether the food was edible. It was tasty. I had received my order promptly and was surprised how good it was. When I opened the strawberries, a delicious aroma smelled like fresh strawberries. I am not a "survivalist," but I bought this because blizzards, tornadoes, and other emergencies can cause general food shortages. I will be prepared!

I only ordered the first minimum part to see how it worked out and was supposed to pay like $50 and they charged me for $495. I am thinking this is some sort of scam and I have not gotten anything from them. YET. I am so ticked.
