FDR has very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Julie walked me thru the process. It was so easy, I did all the paperwork on my tablet. In my PJs! Everything FDR said they did and now I feel better about my debt consolidation! I live in a fixed income, so FDR fixed my debt!
They think of everything! You get names, numbers, addresses for the creditors, so they know what going on! You just keep making the monthly payments and FDR does the rest!

I was in need of some financial relief because the debt we had was causing me stress, weight gain, and loss of sleep. I contacted Freedom Debt Relief and spoke with Chris Carlino, who explained how it can work, what I needed to do to be successful and what he and the rest of the Freedom Debt Relief company would do to help me with my success. We went through the paperwork that we could then, got my husband on board and then I received a welcome call from Ashleigh Matthias who welcomed me and checked to make sure I was all set before she and I got off the phone.

I thought about it really hard before making the call to Freedom Debt Relief, but once I made the call, I felt relieved. I felt a huge burden off my shoulders. I just started the program, and so far, so good. The staff has been very helpful since Day 1. Their portal is user-friendly, but most of all, knowing that they are on my side to help me pay back my debt is so gratifying. I'm so glad I made the call.

After coming out of a bad divorce I was left with all the debt from my ex. I tried to keep up, but the credit card companies would not work with me. Then a friend told me about FDR, so I made the call. Everyone has been helpful and friendly and now I have given their name out to other people that are having issues keeping up with their debts. I have 2 more payments to go then I’m totally debt free! It’s a hard choice to make, but I feel much better knowing I’m coming to the end. My credit score has been slowly rising again so I’ll be back on my feet in no time! Thank you FDR!

My agent contact made everything sound smooth to transition. I just started so I don't have a lot to report. The people at Freedom were very professional and they were understanding at why I was in the situation I was in. Taking a few years off of work to go back to college and pursue education was worth it, but unfortunately, it wrecked my finances. And when I did get back to work, I was drowning in debt. They drastically lowered the interest rate from 30% down to 6% and put me on a comfortable monthly payment where I will be debt free in a few years. Thanks for making it so easy!
