It was that moment, I felt the weight of frustration leaving my body.

"Freedom" in the name is what I feel. The stress they have taken from me...the worry...the feeling of doom...the not knowing if I will ever get out from under...didn't want to ever have to resort to having some of my debt forgiven, but it happened. The employees I have dealt with have such compassion, never do they make you feel like a loser, they give you encouragement that you will achieve an end to the nightmare. Yes, your credit standing is not going to be good for a while, but it will get better...faster than it would if you were not to have called them. And, yes, I have recommended them to a friend. That's how comfortable I am with there services.

Freedom Debt is one of the greatest programs I have ever known, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I'm so thankful to be getting this help from them. I have struggled with my "plastic addiction" (credit cards) for a while now. I never missed a "minimum payment", but I could never get out of the hole I kept digging myself into. Finally, I said, "let's see who's out there that can help you with this situation?" I had heard about Freedom Debt Relief from an advertisement, somewhere, so I started the dialog with Jeremy. When I call about negotiations that are in place I receive the information timely and professional and also talking to or handling the creditors is a comforting relieve and finally, they stop calling and harassing me about paying them. I have learned to be patient and pray that soon I will be debt-free and can have my life settled without worrying about what bills are not paid in a timely manner. Freedom Debt Relief thoroughly explained what it would do to make my debt more manageable, what I must do to achieve that goal and what I could expect while Freedom Debt Relief worked on my behalf. It explained that I must cease making payments on account of my credit cards so the creditors will have an incentive to negotiate with Freedom Debt Relief concerning my debt. Freedom explained that it would negotiate a reduction of the total amount of my credit card debt, that henceforth, I would tender payments to a special insured account and that within four years, my debt would be paid fully. Freedom is the personification of professionalism!

Because the deposit of my paycheck and the automatic withdrawal of my monthly fee would result in my having an overdraft, I requested that my fee date be moved out one day. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and said it would not be a problem to change the date; which saved me from an overdraft.

What an easy process, everything went very smoothly, way better than I could have expected. Amber was and still is very helpful with all my questions and made the process go so smoothly, and not once did I feel ashamed or felt bad in any way about the debt I had. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and just bought a house and got far behind, because of all the traveling I do for VA appointments. Helping me and my family get back on track so we can live a normal life. Thanks Freedom Debt Relief for all you guys have helped me and my family with. It was a little bit scary at first but they are very very good at what they do. I would really recommend to anyone that is in debt so far, you can see daylight. This is better than being bankrupt, my thoughts. It does pull your credit down some but if you aren't paying your bills it's going down anyway, and the credit companies will not work with you, they just give late payment charges and are more interested in that. So what are you waiting for, go for it and get your life back from Freedom Debt Relief.

I joined Freedom Debt Relief, and quit it, thinking that I would just declare bankruptcy, which is just a phone call away from being activated, and move on with my life.
My husband, 83, has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, and I, at 78, will now be his caretaker - an almost overwhelming catastrophe to my mind, because I have medical problems of my own.
Eric has mentored me through all these obstacles, knowing that I, really want to discharge all of my debts so that my children will not be held liable for them. Bankruptcy is NOT an honest way to finish my life, in my opinion, so with his help and encouragement, I will let FDR guide my debt payoff program.
I have found that all the FDR personnel are like Eric in their courtesy, helpfulness, and desire to be of service. Special thanks to Eric who has been so patient, cheerful, and desirous to make things simple for me to understand. I really need this and am deeply appreciative of him.

Agent helped me understand how to use program agreements with creditors to inform potential lenders about present financial condition. The agent sent me copies of signed agreements with creditors. Modified loans should not be recorded as total "charge-offs." This is not logical in my opinion. I have not used the info yet but am pleased to have some method that will help me obtain usable transportation.

I anticipate there will be some small problems as this type of debt reduction is totally new to my way of thinking about high debt. But we needed a debt reduction method that was not bankruptcy.
