When I call about negotiations that are in place I receive the information timely and professional and also talking to or handling the creditors is a comforting relieve and finally, they stop calling and harassing me about paying them. I have learned to be patient and pray that soon I will be debt-free and can have my life settled without worrying about what bills are not paid in a timely manner.
